Abstract The article introduces the construction situations of No.1 Tauhuapu Tunnel, the condition of geology, the main technical specifications of TB880E tunnel boring machine and the temporary supporting pans equipped for the rocks every factors which could influence the efficiency of working in broken zone in No.1 Tauhuapu Tunnel arc analyzed in detail. The article expounds also the improving production process, method of rock supporting process and the improving partial structure, disposition and adjusting construction technology of working control system in maintenance of boring machine and its notable effect in application.
