Abstract In view of the complication, multitude and importance of the large engineering construction management, the paper presented a new model of process and invested management based on engineering network plan. According to the engineering design and synthetically analyzing the construction situation, getting annual amount and invest plan, the model strictly control the process and cost of the engineering construction to guarantee Goth engineering scheduled time and engineering quality, and optimize the cost to the most.
