Abstract Based on the analyses on the causes of the cracking of concrete and masonry beams and combined with the engineering practices ,a new technique for repairing these disasters by utilizing new materials,such as the ZK grouting plastics for cracks，ZV repair plastics，ZB surface plastics,etc,are proposed. The properties of these new materials and the working procedures of the repair technique are introduced in this paper. Good economic benefits have been obtained,and it is valuable as reference for further popularization.
