Abstract The paper introduces the steel girder bridge construction for striding Hu-Ning and Hu-Hang railways on the UMT Pearl Line in Shanghai，especially introduces the difficult parts，the construction of the bored-pile adjacent to the railway and the suspension-installation of the steel girder for striding the four-lined railway in detail.
