Abstract The author made a study to some extent on the claiming about forming conscious?ness 9 compiling data，as well as essentials and technique in claiming. In the light of the pre?sent cases，he points out that many contractors can not suffice their argument, complete their informations and act with apractised technique only to make no amends for their right behavior. Meanwhile, he stresses that more and more contractors and employers come to think high of the claiming damage that can get outstanding ecnomical returns just with a litle input.
