Abstract Nan-Kun railw ay w as fully fi lled wi th the geologic hazards, such as the fault zone, la ndslide, ex pansiv e rock, hig h pressure g as, high g eostress and so for th. All type of g eo logic hazards had a v ery w ide di stribution. There w ere serious ef fects on the cost , quali ty and time o f completion.
