Abstract The applicationfor of jet ventilation for railway tunnels is a new technique. This paper describes briefty the technical design procedure of the jet ventilation for railway tunnels. Differ- ent mode of ventilation are compared in detail,and the problems which should be paid attention in the technical design are also proposed.
