Abstract The paper analyzes and discusses the construction of the railway terminals in our coun- try from the following three aspects，i. e. the intersection of new railway lines and existing rail-* way lines with the construction of railway terminals，the construction of railway terminals with the urban planning, and the construction of railway terminals with the natural circumstances. The formation, construction and development procedures of the national railway terminals are al- so described simply in this paper.
