Abstract The paper discusses the problems concerned with the different schemes of Nan- jing-Si，an Railway Line. It is recognized that the scheme passing through Nanyang is better than the scheme passing through Baofeng. The discussions are rather complete and compre?hensive ,the analyses and calculations are scientific and reasonable. The conclusion is appli?cable for policy decision.
