1 Research on the Scheme for Leading Chengde-Qinhuangdao Railway Dedicated into Chengde Area

Research purposes: Popularly,researching on the scheme for leading the railway, we mainly consider the line route and the price of building. We sometimes ignore the influence of the function and the demand. We research on the scheme for leading Chengde-Qinhuangdao Railway dedicated into Chengde area, not only considering the layout of city,the direction of the economic development, the degree of difficulty of project and the cost, but also combining with the fuction of the railway and the transportation demand specially. This is how we research on the scheme for leading Chengde-Qinhuangdao Railway dedicated into Chengde area from the function and the demand.
Research conclusions:(1)From the function and the demand,we research on the scheme for leading Chengde- Qinhuangdao Railway dedicated into Chengde area. We must consider all kinds of functions while working. ( 2 ) Through the researching, we described seven schemes researching on the scheme for leading Chengde-Qinhuangdao Railway dedicated into Chengde area,which contains five freight schemes and two passenger schemes.(3)This production and idea can provide reference for researching on the scheme for leading new-built railway dedicated into the railway area.

7 Research on the Technology System of Geological Remote Sensing for Railway Survey Hot!

Research purposes ; In the progress of railway engineering geological survey,these issues exist that contain narrow artificial investigation range,great intensity labor, the slow pace of work,difficult to guarantee mapping quality. Remote sensing technique can significantly make up for the deficiency of the ground geological mapping, supplementary geological mapping and exploration arrangement. But in practical application,single method and limited visual interpretation precision cause remote sensing application not deep in late exploration stage,and need to further study on fine interpretation technique and detailed work program,to achieve the goals of accurately guide geological investigation and reduce the outdoor workload.
Research conclusions:(1)Technology system of geological remote sensing consists of nine modules,which includes remote sensing image selection,multi-source data management,image interpretation,remote sensing assessment and integrated survey, formed a new model based remote sensing for railway geological survey.(2)With modern multi- scale remote sensing earth observation techniques and large-scale interpret technology,we can accurately obtain valid information of geological disasters, surface changes,labor activities,complements the regional geological data. (3 ) Technology system of geological remote sensing shows information,standardization and systematization characteristics,and forms industry technical standards and operating procedures. ( 4)The research results can be used in the railway line selection,engineering geological survey and exploration layout work.

12 Engineering Geological Investigation and Evaluation on Stability of Coal Gob Area for Railway

Research purposes: The coal gob area is the unfavorable geological factors affecting the railway alignment. It is very complicated and it plays an important part in the stability of railway engineering. When the railway passing through the coal gob, the evaluation is made on the influences of the railway engineering by the synthetic method of geological investigation and the protective coal pillar design of railway. It can give the reliable bases on identifying the safe borders and reinforcing the coal gob and can further meet the requirements of railway engineering subsidence control.
Research conclusions:(1)Railway geological investigation of coal gob is based on the collected coal mining date. A detailed survey is carried out with geophysical survey and drilling. It can make each other verifying and complement. Then it can identify the border of coal gob. ( 2 ) According to the depth of exposing coal seam,the attitude of coal mine can be got by space geometry relation.(3)By the result of the synthetic method for geological investigation,the evaluation is made on the stability of railway and the safe border of coal gob with the protective coal pillar design of rail- way. By goof grouting reinforcement within the scope of security boundary, it can meet the requirements of railway sub- silence control. (4) This paper can provide the guidance and reference to similar engineering geological investigation and evaluation on stability of coal gob area for railway in the future.

16 Analysis of the Key Technology for Ground Temperature Test in Geothermal Investigation

Research purposes: In the YarluZangbujiang Canyon, the Semai-Renbu section of Lhasa-Rikaze railway goes near vertically across the hydrothermal active belt of Naqu-Yangbajing-Nimu. In the engineering geologic investigation for railway tunnel of geothermal region, we use the ground-temperature test method in drilling-hole to evaluate the geothermal conditions. This paper summarizes and studies on its geothermal test' s key technology.
Research conclusions(1)In the geologic investigation of Lhasa-Rikaze railway, the key technology of ground temperature test mainly includes: sensor for ground-temperature measuring, drilling- hole,the hole structure,test time and data processing. (2)It is suitable that the thermostat was choose as the sensor for ground-temperature test, with high precision,simple operation,well repeated use.(3)Pay attention to the hole deviation control in the process of drilling. Put the temperature tube in the drilling-hole , so that the temperature measuring cable can be repeated used. The temperature test time should be 30 days after the drilling. ( 4 ) The data processing about ground temperature mainly includes: determining depth of constant temperature layer, calculating the ground heat flux,forecasting the tunnel temperature,etc. ( 5)The results of this study can provide the basis and reference for geothermal ground temperature measuring of similar region, have certain reference significance to the geothermal investigation and geothermal research.

20 Research on the Two-dimensional Magnetotelluric Regularization Inversion

Research purposes : In the study of magneto telluric inversion methods,models and observational data are generally non-linear, limited and noisy observation data makes the inversion results non-unique, approximate geophysical modeling theory and lack of priori information makes it difficult to solve the problem of global convergence and convergence efficiency simultaneously by all inversion methods. A stable solution of the ill-posed inverse problem can be obtained by utilizing the regularization methods in the objective function. Therefore,it is particularly important to find a suitable dimensional regularization inversion method.
Research conclusions:(1)Solving large scale linear equation of inverse problem,the damped Gauss-Newton algorithm was adopted,which can improve local convergence of Gauss-Newton method. Through the synthetic model simulation, the inversion results based on damped Gauss-Newton algorithm truly reflected the ge。-electrical parameters of the model and accurately showed the depth and size of the abnormal body,So the inversion algorithm has been proven to be effective.(2)Compared with the actual observation data, whether the apparent resistivity data predicted or the impedance phase data,are basically consistent. So the inversion algorithm is accuracy for the applying in two- dimensional magneto telluric data interpretation.(3)Using GCV method can effectively determine the optimum regularization parameter, the ill-posed problem is transformed into well-posed problem for solving , keeping the balance between the data objective function and the objective function constrained by model,the model variance and the image resolution can achieve the best compromise. (4) The inversion method is suitable for two-dimensional magneto telluric forward modeling under the condition of approximate level terrain and can be used to analysis two-dimensional magneto telluric data in the field of railways,highway or other engineering survey.

25 Integrated Line Selection Analysis of Ganzhou-Longyan Railway Expansion Reconstruction Project

Research purposes: Ganzhou-Longyan Railway expansion reconstruction project is located in Fujian- Jiangxi border mountains,across the Wuyi Mountain. The topography and geological conditions along the line are very complex. The paper introduces several typical sections of the line selection in the Ganzhou-Longyan Railway expansion reconstruction project scheme, can be used as a simple reference for other mountain railway survey and design.
Research conclusions:(1)Ganzhou-Longyan Railway Reconstruction Project is located in the mountainous areas of Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces,topographic and geologic conditions are very complex. Taking full account of the length of the line,in the case of project investment, combined with the use of the existing line,the engineering geological conditions,construction difficulty,project risks,local regional planning and long-term development,the economic rational line selection works are the main features of this line.(2) Expansion reconstruction project should be as close to the existing railway corridor, easy access to both the station and the station layout with fast, general and breakout speed station program,can take advantage of the existing station building and equipment to facilitate the transport organization and management,save space and reduce local municipal facilities construction. However in some existing lines of low standard and arched linear location,combined with the economic base through a comprehensive comparison of the line than the election and engineering economics, the cut-bend program should be adopted which is combined with local urban developing plan and sets up the new station. (3)The line selection on the detail line position mainly considers engineering geological conditions, construction difficulty and risk,and uses the project feasibility as the main evaluation index. (4) The method of line selection can combine macro and local,general and detail which can subject the line program to the overall,make specific projects safe and economic,technical solutions reasonable,on-site construction feasible. (5) The result can be used as a simple reference for other mountain railway survey and design.

30 Research on the Hydrogeology Characteristics of Xiushan Tunnel

Research purposes: Xiushan Tunnel is in a complex groundwater network system, which is influenced by peculiar geological structure in Yunnan Province and unconventionality active crustal movement, karst conduit and wide fracture developed,and karst water and tectonic crack water mixed. Through the research of engineering geological and hydro-geological conditions and the gushing water characteristic in tunnel excavating, find out the hydraulic connection between the gushing water source and Qilu Lake.
Research conclusions ;(1)The section of largest gush of water in tunnel has been competitively analyzed, and water isotope test has been adopt, which present the groundwater is from the meteoric water of tunnel area. ( 2 ) The source of groundwater in the tunnel sit and Qilu Lake is evidently difference,and the hydraulic connection between the gushing water and Qilu Lake is slight.(3)The tunnel passes through Qujiang River hydrogeology unit and Qilu Lake hydrogeology unit, and the great difference of hydrogeology characteristic has been expressed in different section of tunnel construction. ( 4 ) This paper aims to summarize experience,and affords reference for investigation,design and construction of other tunnels on analogous geological conditions.

37 Scheme Analysis of Passenger Dedicated Line Avoiding Landslide Group in the Gully Region of the Loess Plateau Hot!

Research purposes: The gully region of the loess plateau winding up and down,the developed gulches, the deep valleys down to the third strata,all those elements make the upper covered loess unstable and form densely distributed large scale landslide area on loess plateau,which will be dangerous threaten to the operation safety of the Passenger Dedicated Line. By taking example of Baoji-Lanzhou Passenger Dedicated Line,this paper analyses the alignment schemes and illustrates how to escape the landslide group to ensure the railway construction and operation safety.
Research conclusions :(1)The schemes and engineering measures avoiding landslide vertically should base on plenty of detailed comprehensive geological survey and field investigation,which can greatly reduce the risk of tunnel construction and operation. ( 2)When the schemes and engineering measures avoiding landslide vertically are going to used for the new tunnel of the same kind,it should be taken into consideration that the length of the tunnel reverse slope should be shortened combined with the terrain,geological conditions, the lowest elevation of the tunnel should be heightened, waterproof and drainage problems should be resolved.(3)When the tunnel wear landslide,the full consideration should be taken into that the possibility of the landslide body above tunnel may slide due to instability under the action of the extreme weather, climate and other natural conditions. ( 4 ) This paper proposes for the first time to build tunnel in the gully region of the loess plateau by means of avoiding landslide vertically, will be very instructive for railway alignment and civil engineering construction in the similar terrain,geology,engineering conditions in the region.

42 Analysis and Study of a Fill Slope Site of Geological Disease in Loess Area

Research purposes: In the loess area of fill slope site, if in the initial site leveling without effective treatment on soil,after site will appear a variety of geological diseases, the geological diseases in Lanzhou Berlin is a typical loess area of fill slope site. By analyzing the development mechanism of Lanzhou Berlin’s geological disaster, this paper proposes control measures,evaluates the control effect.
Research conclusions :(1)Lanzhou Berlin geological disease mainly is filling soil deformation along the old ground peristalsis,accompanied by uneven ground settlement. ( 2 ) The causes of diseases mainly field usually on the filling no effective treatment,coupled with the strong collapsibility, lead to ground surface crack,surface water area of infiltration,convergence in the soil the old ground contact zone,and then cause the surface deformation.(3)The infiltration of surface water is the main site of disease induced factors,so the project management must adhere to the ,,controlled drainage,retaining engineering subsidiary,foundation treatment after" principle,according to the field monitoring data, the project provided reasonable,control effect is obvious. ( 4 ) This paper points out that the filling of slope site must be processed effectively,to fill in the initial site leveling, otherwise no end of trouble for the future. (5)This paper similar loess soil has a certain reference significance for analysis and treatment of diseases of the slope site in the similar loess area.

47 Research on the Black Cotton Soil Swell-shrink Characteristics and the Depth of Black Cotton Soil Influenced by the Atmosphere in Ethiopia

Research purposes; In Ethiopia , the constructed Sebeka-Dire Data section of Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway, is located in the East African Rift Valley covered by volcanic material, and its surface is widely distributed with black cotton soil which has strong expansibility, as a result, the railway engineering has been greatly influenced. The swell-shrink characteristics of black cotton soil and the depth of it influenced by the atmosphere will directly affect sugared design measures and the replacement depth of cutting, which will further affect the quality and investment of engineering design. Therefore,the proposed research on the swell-shrink characteristics of black cotton soil and the depth of it influenced the atmosphere is necessary,which provides design basis for sub grade of black cotton soil section.
Research conclusions:(1)The black cotton soil of Ethiopia has following characteristics: small natural density & dry density,big natural void ratio,high free swell ratio,high montmorillonite content & canon exchange capacity,organic matter(loss on ignition) and strong expansibility, etc.(2)In rainy season, the soil is mainly shown as compression when there is load; in dry season, it has relatively strong expansibility under the condition of immersion.(3)The depth of black cotton swell soil area influenced by the atmosphere is 3. 5m and the depth of it distinctly influenced the atmosphere is 1 .6 m.(4)This article will be a reference to geological survey and subgrade design of other similar projects.

52 Loading Characteristics and Dynamic Response Analysis of Sugared for Heavy Haul Railway Hot!

Research purposes: In recent years,because of its good economic heavy haul railway has an extensive constructions. Subgrade of heavy haul railway bears larger dynamic load of heavy haul train. In order to analyze the heavy haul railway dynamic load’s influence to roadbed diseases better, and further optimize the thickness of subgrade bed of heavy haul railway,this article uses the three-dimensional finite element software analyzing the dynamic stress changes of heavy rail subgrade bed from the following factors: ballast thickness,surface of subgrade bed’s thickness and modulus,axle load,etc.
Research conclusions; through numerical analysis and comparison with the existing heavy haul railway embankment measured dynamic stress,the follow conclusions are obtained:(1)The dynamic stress in the vertical variation as the axle load,ballast bed thickness,surface layer of subgrade bed’s thickness and modulus’s changes is obtained. The vertical dynamic stress in the subgrade bed increases with the axle load increasing, and decreases with the thickness of ballast bed increasing, and the surface layer of subgrade bed’s modulus and thickness have little effect on the vertical dynamic stress. ( 2 ) 30 t axle load of heavy haul railway compared with 23 t axle load of ordinary railway increases by about 30%,while increasing the thickness of ballast bed can significantly reduce the dynamic stress .Compared with 35 cm thickness of ballast bed,the dynamic stress by using 50 cm thickness of ballast bed can decrease about 20%.(3)The reasonable numerical model and parameter for calculating dynamic stress of heavy railway subgrade obtained. Meanwhile,these provide a reasonable calculation for structure design of heavy rail subgrade bed thickness.

58 RFA Rock fall Analysis Software Development and Engineering Application

Research purposes ; As one of the common forms of geological disasters,rockfall is a serious threat to the railway construction and operation safety,so the development of scientific and reasonable design of rockfall becomes one of the important means to reduce the geological disasters. In the aspect of prevention rockfall has formed including survey,stability evaluation,and rock fall motion path and energy calculation,determent the passive fence position setting, selecting the model of defending net internationally,etc. But design system is not perfect in China, software for rockfall trajectory and impact energy calculation is lacked, so developing a software with independent intellectual property rights is imperative. 
Research conclusions:(1)Using a random probability within a set range,RFA software can calculate the rockfall trajectory, landing position,the impact energy range and so on. The results can be directly used as the design basis. (2)RFA software can greatly improve rockfall calculation capabilities and work efficiency on the current railway industry.(3)RFA software has been successfully applied to the Dongkeling tunnel exit passages stone design, and achieved good results. It can be used wildly in this field in the future.

64 Research on the Construction Quality Evaluation System of High Speed Railway CRTS II Slab Ballastless

Research purposes: The evaluation for high speed railway ballasts track construction quality management means doing comprehensive evaluation for the quality management level of high speed railway construction projects. Scientific and reasonable evaluation is conductive to the development and perfect of high speed railway ballastless track construction quality management. Based on the field test data and combining the high speed ballast less track features, this paper uses the analysis hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of system engineering to build a scientific and effective quality evaluation system of high speed railway ballastless track construction quality.
Research conclusions ;(1)The paper builds the quality evaluation system of high speed railway CRTS ballast less track by combining the analysis hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(2)The established quality evaluation system is used in a section with CRTS B ballastless track, and the construction quality is proved good. (3)The research results provide an evaluation basis for the high speed railway ballastless track construction quality, and will promote the scientific implementation of China high speed railway ballastless track construction quality management.

70 Further Research on the Measurement Technology of Track Reference Network for High-speed Railway Hot!

Research purposes: In current track reference network for high-speed railway,the coordinates of reference points can be gotten by coordinate transformation after manual leveling and centering, half-face and multi-round measurement. This method has some problems, such as the points couldn’t be preserved forever, low efficiency for measuring and using, their accuracy index couldn’t be assessed. In order to solve these problems,this paper further researches the technology of surveying for high-speed railway track reference network(CPIV).Some simulation experiment and production verification are made.
Research conclusions:(1)A set of marker and the method of its deployment,designed for CP1V surveying, can be used as force-centering stake and be preserved forever. The CPIV network can be used in the stages of construction and operation maintenance. The control datum of ballast less track construction and operation maintenance has been uniformed. ( 2 ) The surveying method of side-angle resection at freely-occupied station for CPIV has realized auto- observation and eliminated the effects of centering error. The accuracy,reliability of observations and efficiency can be improved significantly.(3)In the side-angle resection control network for CPIV, the weight of two kinds of observations has been gotten by Helmet variance components estimation. The principle of indirect adjustment has been used for rigorous rigorous and its adjustment and accuracy assessment for CPIV horizontal network. fruits are reliable.(4)The research fruits can be applied in the The theory of its math model is control of fine adjustment of slab ballast less track for high-speed railway,and it also has important reference value in ballast less track construction and maintenance of urban rail transportation.

76 Research on the Track Type of Large Span Steel Truss Cable Stayed Bridge for High Speed Railway Hot!

Research purposes: Based on summarizing the application of railway track for steel bridges some principles of track type selection were proposed according to structural characteristics of track and high speed railway large span steel truss cable stayed bridge. With the proposed principles of track selection,ballast track synthetic resin sleeper track,slab ballastless track and bi-block track were analyzed and compared and recommendations for track type selection were proposed.
Research conclusions:(1)Characteristics of different track structures construction maintenance,comprehensive economy and environment should be taken into account when selecting track for high speed railway large span steel truss cable stayed bridge. (2) Ballasted track is more mature but its weight is greater maintenance workload is heavier and in consideration of lifetime cycle cost comprehensive performance of ballasted track is poorer. For bi-block track its advantages include simple structure,lighter weight etc.,but it has a greater impact on the track alignment which makes higher demands for construction technology. (3)Slab ballast less track has lighter weight good adaptability for steel truss bridge,and has been applied in overseas railway steel bridge. Synthetic resin sleeper track has simple structure,lighter weight less maintenance and good adaptability for steel truss bridge. So,synthetic resin sleeper track and slab ballast less track are proposed for high speed railway large span steel truss cable stayed bridge. (4)The proposal in this paper can provide the reference to track type selection for high speed railway large span steel truss cable stayed bridge.

82 Design and Seismic Isolation Performance Analysis of Friction Pendulum Bearings

Research purposes: With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China and frequent strong earthquakes around the world seismic isolation technology and products about bridge ushered in the best opportunities of the spread and application. Through detailed description about theory design and testing on TJGZ-FPB friction pendulum bearings this paper illustrates the material structural characteristics and testing considerations; through non-linear of time history analysis on the newly-built prestressed concrete simple-supported beam bridge of a railway only for passenger traffic,verifies the seismic reduction effort. Research conclusions: By researching damping properties of friction pendulum bearing , we can get following research.
conclusions:(1)Friction pendulum bearing is based on friction pendulum system(FPS),and it can be reliably extend structural natural vibration period and dissipate earthquake energy. (2) As a new type of isolation products,friction pendulum bearing has stable performance without aging and fatigue weakness. It has advantages of simple structure, convenient machining and cost-efficient. (3)Results can be concluded by nonlinear time history analysis on bridge that friction pendulum bearing with reasonable design can reduce more than 40% of shear force on pier bottom,and more than 60% of bending moment on pier bottom. (4) Friction pendulum bearing has advantage of high-security and cost-effective. It is the ideal isolation bearings for railway bridges.

89 Risk Analysis of Karst Collapse on Jinghe Major Bridge Hot!

Research purposes: With the settlement control criterion increasing of high speed railway, the depth of bridge pile increases,which may lead to change the hydrodynamic conditions, and induce the karst collapse. It is important that how to evaluate the influence of karst collapse about the pile foundation construction. In this paper, beyond induce the karst collapse. It is important that how to evaluate the influence of karst collapse about the pile foundation construction. In this paper, by analyzing the influence factors of karst the human element to hydrodynamic condition variation has been researched,particularly the pile foundation construction aggravates karst collapse risk,which must be paid more attention in survey and design.
Research conclusions ;(1)The degree of karst development and the overlying soil properties are the inner factors of karst collapse,generally do not change with the environment,while the hydrodynamic condition is external factor, often affected by human factors. ( 2)Pile foundation construction has obvious effect to pore water and karst water connectivity under the natural condition,the human factor should be considered for analyzing and evaluating the risk of karst collapse.(3)Pile foundation construction will increase the risk of ground deformation or karst collapse, the change of hydrodynamic condition depends on the degree of karst development and the pressure between karst water and pore water, the more the karst develops,the greater the pressure is,the more serious the pile foundation construction effect to hydrodynamic condition is,the more easily ground collapse appears.(4)In the paper the effect of pile foundation construction which could increase the risk of karst ground collapse is proposed,and it will provide significance for similar geological survey in karst region.

94 Comparative Research on the Layout Mode of OCS Overhead 18# Turnout in High Speed Railway

Research purposes: There has many modes of 180 turnout type in the high speed railway. The research is done on comparative studies of the turnout type techniques in China for the purpose of providing technical support to high speed railway construction under the premise of meeting the needs of pantograph and catenaries coordinate.
Research conclusions: Under the crossing type,when the EMU through the main line in high speed,it will approach the side line. This situation will affects the capability of current collection between the pantograph and OCS due to the OCS crossing is a hard-point. Simple non-crossing type is easy to arrange and fix due to the system has no crossing between OCS of main line and side line. When the EMU through the main line in high speed,the pantograph can't contact the side line. But when the EMU come into main line from the side line,the pantograph angle squeezes into the main Line,while the side line and the main line are in the different sides of the pantograph center. In non-crossing with guiding centenary type, the guiding OCS is in between main line and side line,which contacts the pantograph all along in crossing center area, so as to the pantograph can transit from side line to main line or from main line to side line, and reduce the impulsion to main line OCS. There is no abnormal abrasion in guiding OCS. The type is adaptive to high speed,and has better capability of current collection between pantograph and centenary. The contact line is always in the area of the pantograph contact strip and there has no hard-point of the crossing.

100 Bracket Structure Analysis of No-standing Pillar Canopy in Railway Intermediate Bridge Type Station

Research purposes: The main structure form of railway intermediate bridge type stations no-standing pillar canopy is usually be arched. Using Midas Gen software for structural static analysis of no-standing pillar canopy bracket,under various load conditions such as dead load with self-respect, roof live load,wind load,temperature and horizontal seismic action, we have come to the conclusion of the stress and deformation control factors of no-standing pillar canopy bracket under above conditions. Also proposed the points what should paid attention to in engineering designation.
Research conclusions ;(1)The main structure form of railway intermediate bridge type station’s no-standing pillar canopy usually be arched. It is made to bracket structure to bear bending moment and shear force in two directions. Due to the shear relative to the rod eccentric shaft, it withstands the torque and be regarded as typical bending shear and artifacts. ( 2 ) The temperature change will cause a certain degree of stress and strain of bracket structure,especially for steel pipe truss,which has larger stress and axial deformation.(3)The carrier structure of prestressed reinforced concrete girder is easy to cause concrete-cracking under the effect of temperature stress. Reasonable seam should be considered when designing the bracket structure, to avoid the stress and deformation accumulation.(4)The analysis and research of bracket steel truss structure in this paper, has a certain reference value in the structural design of the railway intermediate bridge style station.

104 Stability Analysis of Soft Soil Foundation Pit Excavation of Metro Station in Tianjin Coastal Area

Research purposes; The marine sedimentary strata are spread in coastal area of Tianjin,with high underground water level and existence of silt soil stratum. The first problem is the stability of metro station foundation pit faced in metro construction. To ensure the security of foundation pit has important economic and social benefits. The research on excavation projects deformation law of the metro transfer station in the paper has some significance for the following metro excavation projects.
Research conclusions; In the foundation excavation of underground station,because of stress release and change in ground water level,the differential settlement of surrounding buildings, ground crack and deformation of underground pipeline will happen. Using finite element analysis software,the paper establishes three-dimensional numerical model to simulate the excavation of pit construction process step by step dynamically. The stability of surrounding rocks in the foundation excavation of underground station has been calculated and analyzed场using numerical simulation method. The station’s main component has not reached ultimate strength. The whole station structure failure will not occur. The quantity of ground settlement around the station foundation pit is not big,which has little effect on both operating metro lines and station’s retaining structure. Excavation may meet the structural deformation and difference of the surrounding constructions deformation control requirements. The paper provides the design rationality and safety of theoretical support,which may serve as a reference for similar excavation ects.

108 Research on the Existing Subway Station Structure Safety Affected by Foundation Pit Excavation

Research purposes: During the process of subsequent property development on the existing station, the larger foundation pit excavation impacts on the subway station structure obviously. In order to guarantee the safety of metro operation,the paper analyses the characteristics of stress and stain of soil during foundation pit construction process by numerical simulation model,and studies the effect of foundation pit excavation on subway station structure,then evaluates the safety of subway station structure, at last, it gives some suggests for the project.
Research conclusions (1)The subsequent property development has a adversely influence for the close neighbor existing subway station structure and rail.(2)In the process of foundation pit excavation,the deformation mainly appears at the bottom of the foundation pit,it should make a reasonable construction scheme,and follow the time- space effect" principle,to avoid large soil excavation.(3)In the process of simulation,the influence to the subway station because of the foundation pit settlement is the local stress concentration,it need reasonable simplification on the key point of construction process,which could ensure the simulation accuracy and calculation completeness.(4)Intends to strengthen the deformation monitoring of the near subway station structure during the process of construction, which could ensure safe operation and construction smoothly.(5)According to the practical engineering for analysis, the study results in this paper can be applied in treatment of the influence of the existing subway structure because of the subsequent property development.

114 Countermeasures for Excursion of the Subway Shield Running Tunnel Hot!

Research purposes : The displacement of the subway shield mining tunnel both on the horizontal and vertical direction is obtained by analyses of the monitoring data after the tunnel transferred to the track laying contractor, the displacement achieved to 19. lcm, which exceed the code limit and affect the function of the running tunnel. Through the study the reason of the excursion of the tunnel is analyzed and the measures is proposed.
Research conclusions: The space between the segment and the surrounding rock is empty after in suit drilling ascertairunent and the GRR detect, so the groundwater permeates into the space,then the running tunnel is submerged in the groundwater. Under the influence of the construction load and other stochastic effect, the stiffness of the tunnel on the longitudinal direction is deficient and then the excursion happens. The running tunnel became steady after the space is filled by the secondary double-grout. The measures can be used in the similar tunnel engineering.

118 Problem and Disposal of PSD’s Insulation for Chengdu Metro

Research purposes:PSD’s insulation has occurred much more trouble since metro N0. 1 & N0. 2 began operations in Chengdu. The worst one is spark of PSD. By analyzing the spark accident, we find the reason and propose the solution practically. Find the reason that the PSD’s insulation decrease,improve its insulation-zone’s efficiency, then we can give advise to the next metro lines PSD’s insulation design,guide the modification of the other operating metro lines and ensure passenger' s safety and comfort.
Research conclusions:PSD’s equipotential body connects with rail potential, during the train runs, the rail potential is charged,so there is large current passing through PSD which causes the weak point of PSD sparking to the ground. If train reaches and stops at the platform,the rail voltage against earth is low and safe,doesn's exceed the safety voltage. When we remove the connection between PSD and rail potential, we can solve the PSD’s sparking trouble. When we paste insulating film on exposed part in stainless steel door of PSD,we can ensure passengers safety when they pass through PSD. During construction ,we should control the production quality and construction quality strictly, ensure the insulating effect, and avoid a series of problem caused by defective insulation.
