1 Study on Coupled Model for Aquifer Seepage Deformation During Pumped Ground Subsidence

Research purposes:The observated data on the ground subsidence in Shanghai and Changzhou demonstrate that the big compression deformation of the pumped aquifers in these two places occurs to cause the permeability change of the aquifer during pumping in deep stratum. However,the current model often ignores the aquifer deformation. In this paper,for solving this problem,a coupled seepage and deformation model based on the actual change of the aquifer permeability with up and down of the water level is offered.
Research conclusions:Based on the research,the following conclusions are drawn: (1) The linear relation between void ratio and permeability coefficient of sandy soil in half logarithm coordinate is found.(2) The comparison of the measured and calculated data demonstrates the effectiveness of the model presented in this paper.(3) With the increasing of the pumping depth,the compressibility of sandy soil becomes lager,so it is imperative to use the seepage-deformation coupled model to calculate the subsidence of the pumped ground.

6 Experimental Research on Strength and Deformation of Root Fiber Stabilized Soil of Ecology Slope

Research purposes:In the slope protection design and construction,the vegetative protection slopes is still considered as the routine activities of the landscape engineers. However,if some plants with strong and long root system are used for the slope stabilization along with the soil mechanics and the technology of the environmental geotechnical engineering,the good coordination between land hardening and land green can be realized. So it is necessary to do the experimental research on the root system of the plants for the soil conservation based on learning the research thoughts on the fiber reinforced soil. This paper researches the influence of the 1mm thick and 1 to 2 cm long roots on the strength and deformation of the root composite soil under the condition of the different mixing length and the different mixing volume of roots.
Research conclusions:The experiments show that the roots can enhance soil cohesion c without change of the soil internal friction angle φ and it is similar to the reinforced soil. The roots in the soil can improve the soil scalability.Moreover,the roots of perennial vegetation are good for slope protection.

9 Experimental Research on the High Energy Level Dynamic Compaction with Humidification Operation to Collapsible Loess in the Arid Region in Northwest China

Research purposes:The collapsible loess in the northwest arid area is relatively dry,and its moisture content is 3 to 8% ,so it is generally believed that it is needed for humidification treatment with the energy level (below 8500kN·m) in the current specification standard to treat collapsible loess found directly because of the effect of poor compaction,relatively small effect depth. At present,it is less than that the dynamic compaction with more than high energy level(more than 10000 kN·m) to collapsible loess in the arid region in Northwest China and it is hardly reported that the high energy level dynamic compaction combined with humidification operation to collapsible loess was carried out.Therefore,Contrast testing study on 15000 kN·m high energy level dynamic compaction to collapsible loess with 15000 kN·m high energy level dynamic compaction with humidification operation in the arid region in Northwest China was performed based on the large oil storage tank projects constructed by the country on Collapsible Loess.And a suitable construction process on high energy level dynamic compaction combined with humidification operation in the northwest arid collapsible loess area will be hoped to probed.
Research conclusions:The results by testing study showed that the collapsible depth to be eliminated under 15 000 kN·m high energy level dynamic compaction to collapsible loess directly and 15 000 kN·m high energy level dynamic compaction combined with humidification operation was separately up to 10 m,15 m,its strength parameters were nearly 2 times more improvement. A suitable construction process on high energy level dynamic compaction combined with humidification operation in the northwest arid collapsible loess area was probed by this experimental study and it is a reference for similar ground treatment project.

16 Analysis of Ground Settlement Caused by SMW Process Pile and Anchor Support System

Research purposes:The soil movement caused by the excavation of foundation pit can produce the additional deformation of the surrounding building and structure in varying degrees and influence the environment.In this paper,based on the comparison of the actually monitored data with theoretical calculation data of the passage foundation pit of Hangzhou Railway Station,the analyses of the reasons for big vertical ground settlement of the far pit wall caused by SMW process pile and anchor support system are made for the purpose of the reference to the design and construction of the similar support.
Research conclusions:The rise of the foundation pit,displacement of protected wall,anchor cable engineering,precipitation and untimely support the pits in foundation pit are the major reasons for producing the big settlement and deformation of the surrounding ground. and the anchor cable engineering has the biggest influence. However,the SMW process pile and anchor support system are available for Hangzhou area,but if there is a protected buildings near the pit,the influence of the anchor system should be controlled strictly to reduce the disturbance of the soil and control the deformation.

21 Analysis of Reliability of Slope Stability with Stochastic Response Surface Method and Sarma Method

Research purposes:This paper aims to propose a stochastic response surface method based on the principle of linearly independent collocation and compile a C # - language based on computer program WHUSRSM ( Wuhan University Stochastic Response Surface Method) .Using the proposed stochastic response surface method along with the Sarma can effectively evaluate the reliability of slope stability in the implicit limit state.
Research conclusions:In this paper,the analysis of the stability of highway slope is presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed stochastic response surface method. The results indicate that stochastic response surface method is better than the conventional response surface method in the accuracy and efficiency ,and better than Monte Carlo simulation method in the calculation efficiency . The stochastic response surface method based on the principle of linearly independent collocation can not only remove the singularity of coefficient matrix associated with the estimation of coefficients in the Hermite polynomial chaos expansion,but also greatly improve the computational efficiency.The Reliability index of the potential landslide increases with the increases of the negative correlation coefficient between cohesion and friction angle,so the results are somewhat conservative if the negative correlation is not considered.

28 Research on Analytic Method for Mid - span Slab of Pile - slab Structure

Research purposes:Pile-slab Structure is a new form of foundation structure under track.At present,there is no corresponding design code at home and abroad.The theoretical research seriously lags behind engineering practice.Based on elastic theories and reasonable assumptions,the differential equations of slab 's stress and deformation are established so as to deduce the analytical solution to the mid - span slab of pile - slab structure with fixed ends.
Research conclusions:This analytic calculation method is simple,clear and easy for engineering designers to master.Moreover,the calculation parameters are commonly used in engineering design and easy to gain with the universality of application.With the analytic method presented in this paper,not only can the flexure deformation and load bearing situation of the mid - span slab be found,but also can the load on the pile top be known.The calculation result can reflect the common mechanical regulation of the load sharing and transferring of the pile - slab.Furthermore,it can provide theoretical guidances for theory studies and engineering designs of pile - slab structure.

34 Practices on High Slope Disease Control of Highways in Mountainous Area

Research purposes:The highway construction has been extended to mountainous area in the late 20th century. Due to complicated topography and geology condition,there have been many high slope and landslide problems during the construction after a lot of excavation slope deformation,not only increased the project investment,but also delayed the time limit,or even undermined the existing engineering facilities. Then,the high slope engineering has always been a major engineering geological problem in highway construction in mountainous area of our country.
Research conclusions:From the point view of complexity and science development of our geotechnical high slope,the mechanism should promote analysis of geological processes; emphasize the combination of geology and engineering,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation,the combination of the the system and uncertainty thinking.On the following issues need further research and exploration: (1) quantitative evaluation of the effect of underground drainage; (2) distribution of more than piles of thrust,high cantilever piles and submerged pile; (3) the occurrence and development mechanism of special formation of large landslides; (4) micro - pile structure and method of calculation; (5) prescription anchor secondary stress of the finite element and fill monitoring and construction.

42 Landslide Characteristics and Control Countermeasures between K22+000~+ 220 Section along Shi-Zhong Highway

Research purposes:In this paper,the mechanism of the steep rock landslides have been proposed based on the geological survey of the landslide characteristics.The "S" - shaped fold is appeared in short axis tectonic section of the local zone.It is easy to form the geological formation model with upper gentle and lower steep in the slope. It is found that the deep layer rock landslide occurred after excavation of small parties in the amount.In connection with the occurred reason of this kind of rock landslides,it is proposed that subgrade plan is adopted by bridge plan for control countermeasures.This control countermeasure is mainly to avoid compaction of landslide deformation to the bridge resulting from irreversible damage.
Research conclusions: Rock landslide of steep along the floor is one of landslide types,which with complex mechanism is uncommon,huge.On the basis of the landslide structure survey,the focus of landslide research is to analyze the disturbance factors and to research interaction between the projects and the main structures.It is to minimize landslide hazards of the principal structure.

48 Reinforcement Method for Yushu Earthquake Ruins

Research purposes:The 7.1 magnitude earthquake took place in Yushu on April 14,2010 and it caused collapse of many resident houses and almost razed the Jiegu Town to the ground.For remembering this historic event,the damaged Gesaer Hotel was determined as the earthquake ruins,so it was necessary to protect and reinforce the hotel.The design of the reinforcement scheme was researched and the reinforcement construction process of the hotel was summarized for the purpose of providing the reference to the similar works.
Research conclusions: Based on research on the reinforcement scheme,the design and construction of the Gesaer Hotel,the following key points of reinforcing and protecting the earthquake ruins are concluded: (1) The in - site investigation and assessment should be conducted in detail and the construction procedure should be arranged reasonably before reinforcing.The engineering of avoiding the building toppling down should be conducted before conducting the reinforcement engineering of the building structure.(2) Based on the latest actual in - site investigation data and knowledge,the reinforcement programme should be adjusted and optimized for guaranteeing the construction security and effectively protecting the ruins.(3) During and after the reinforcement engineering,the monitoring spots should be installed in the major ports of the building,and the security of the building and person can be guaranteed and the reinforcement effect can be known by dynamic monitoring the deformation change.

53 Fine - adjustment System for Slab Ballastles Track Based on CPIII Control Net

Research purposes:In order to solve the fine adjustment problem of CRTSII and CRTSIII slab ballastless track,the deep research is done on the defect and deficiency of the fine - adjustment system for the track slab produced by Bergal Company based on geometric characteristics of track slab. And a new fine - adjustment system for the slab ballastless track is presented . Based on the CPIII control net and the geometric characteristics of track slab,this new system uses the track measured coordinate and the track parameters to finely adjust the simulated track directly.
Research conclusions:This system is better than the imported technology in measuring precision and reliability. By using this system,the work efficiency can be improved much and the cost also can be cut much. Application of it in construction of Beijing - Shanghai High - speed Railway showed by using this system,the comprehensive efficiency of track fine adjustment was increased by 50% ,the cost was cut by 40% ,and the replacement number of the rail fastenings was around 60% of the imported technology,getting obvious economic benefits.

59 Design of Traffic Signs and Markings in France Road Traffic Engineering

Research conclusions:(1) For the purpose of facilitating regional Traffic and improving road safety,France joined the" Convention on Road Traffic"and " Convention on Road Signs and Signals" which were formulated by United Nations .(2) Traffic system in Africa road usually adopted the Europe standards.(3) There are some differences between homeland and oversea in traffic engineering system,but it is gradually in line with oversea’s.(4) The construction machine and materials of traffic markings are developed more slowly in our country,there is disparity with the developed countries,and we should accelerate the development step in research area.

64 Innovative Structural Design of Splay Saddle of Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge

68 Research on Target Reliability Index of Ultimate Limit States for Steel Railway Bridge

Research purposes:Limit states design method based on reliability theory is the trend of development for the design code in railway engineering structures,and the target reliability index is an important part among it.With the rapidly development of railway industry,the basic conditions of the original calibrate value have partly changed,which requires analysis of target reliability index for steel railway bridges’ultimate limit states under the new situation.
Research conclusions:Under the new situation,resistance statistical parameters of steel railway bridge have been listed.The target reliability indexes of ultimate limit states are calibrated.At the meantime,the partial factors of dead load and live load and resistance are advised,which can meet needs of safety requirements of inheritance in transition from the allowable stress method to limit states design through verification. According to the sensitivity analysis of load and resistance parameters,the statistical parameters of resistance and live load have a large effect on the reliability index,while the parameters of dead load and the ratio of dead load and live load have little effect on it.

73 Application of Automatic Submerged - arc Welding in Girth Welding of Arch Rib of Tube Arch

Research purposes:According to the structural characteristics of the arch rib of the steel tube of polygonal line(arc shape) ,this paper tries to find out the negative factors which affect the welding position,speed changes and structural mass balance when joining the segment of arch rib into the polygonal line (Arc shape) during automatic submerged - arc welding,and offers the solution to the problem with kinematic analysis and calculation for making the processing of arch rib of steel tube in workshop fulfilled by submerged - arc welding.
Research conclusions:Based on the theoretical analysis and according to the actual production process,the negative factors were overcome by determining the reasonable support location of roller and properly configuring weight equalizer.Based on it,a method to do girth welding of polygonal line tube with submerged-arc welding was found.With this method,the 100% of automatic welding of girth joint in factory workshop can be realized,which is up to 90% of the full-bridge tube girth joint with features of less welding defects,stable welding quality and improving welding efficiency.

78 Blasting Control Technology for Shallow Large Span Tunnel Under - passing Buildings and Monitoring Analysis of Blasting

Research purposes:The blasting vibration velocity was monitored and the monitoring data was analyzed for blasting the tunnel of the connecting line of the Kiaochow Bay Undersea Tunnel under - passing the building group in order to ensure the structure safety of the building group on the ground,and summary was also made on the blasting control technology for providing the preference to the similar projects.
Research conclusions:The practice of construction showed the blasting control technology of advanced small pilot tunnel and sequential excavation used for the construction of shallow large span tunnel under - passing the building group was feasible to protect the safety of building group on the ground. The blasting monitored data showed that the largest blasting vibration velocity and main vibration frequency were in the allowable range, and the blasting parameters were reasonable. Application of the triple composite cutting method could improve the blasting efficiency,control the maximum charge per interval,reduce the blasting vibration velocity and benefit the protection of the buildings on the ground.

83 Study on Seepage Characteristics of Surrounding Rock Mass of Jinping Deep Buried Tunnels for Second Level Power Station of Yalong River

Research purposes:The geological conditions are complex in the area of the Jinping second level power station and there are four tunnels with 17km length,extreme burial - depth and large diameter.A simplified seepage model is established with FEM for the surrounding rock mass of tunnels in order to mainly research the seepage characteristics of the tunnel under the different conditions.
Research conclusions:The results show that the seepage characteristics is less influencd by grouting circle thickness and permeability under different conditions,and the seepage pressure of surrounding rock mass increases significantly beacause of the blocking the drainage tunnels and the auxiliary holes of the A and B lines during operation period.The results can be as the reference basis for the design and construction of Jinping deep buried tunnel for the second level power station.

88 Construction Technology of Grouting Water - seal Curtain for Fault 11 in Qiyueshan Tunnel

Research purposes:When the mountain tunnel cuts through the fault - fracture zone,the high pressure water often emerges.If the reasonable measures are not taken,it will frequently induce the water and mud inrush and collapse,even induces the debris flow,which will seriously threaten the construction safety and delay the construction progress.It will deteriorate ecological environment in the worse situation. So the effective measures should be taken for the construction safety and the ecological environment protection when the tunnel cuts through the high pressure and enriched water region of fault - fracture zone.
Research conclusions:As the Qiyueshan Tunnel cut through the high pressure and enriched water region of the Fault 11,the maximum volume of water inrush and the water pressure during boring stage were up to 1800 m3/h and 3.2 MPa respectively and it brought out the big construction risk. According to the principle of " Taking water blocking as the main factor with the water draining in limitation" ,the mixed slurry of the sulphate aluminium cement single-fluid slurry,common cement single-fluid slurry,and cement and sodium silicate mixed slurry with the rational proportioned parameter of mixing slurries during the construction progress was used for blocking the water in the high water pressure and enriched water area ahead of the working face and the high pressure water was effectively controlled with the water-seal curtain. Meanwhile the crushed surrounding rocks in front were reinforced.It paved the way for the construction safety and the surrounding ecological environment protection and could be as the reference to similar works in the future.

94 Control of Settlement Caused by Shield Excavation Construction Under Building and Structures

Research purposes:At present there is no control standard for the settlement caused by shield excavation under building and structures in China and also there is no indirection that how many the ground settlement will not affect the normal use of the building.According to the technical requirements of the shield machine and the construction parameters under the soft soil geologic conditions,the study was done on the slurry mixing proportion of synchro grouting,the time of initial solidification,the grouting volume and mixing proportion of secondary grouting.The analysis of the big settlement on the different positions centering the shield machine in course of shield tunneling was made.
Research conclusions:Based on mixing proportion of indoors theory and combined with the operation and use on the construction site,the mixing proportion of the quasi - mastic slurry that met the technical requirements was decided.The ground monitored data showed the ground settlement could be controlled within 10 mm range after the 3. 75 cubic meters of quasi-mastic slurry and 1.2 cubic meters of double slurrys were grouted and the biggest ground change appeared when the segment was just dragged out from the shield tail. So the synchronous grouting volume should be enough and the secondary grouting could effectively control the settlement in late stage. Basically there was no influence if the settlement of the structures and buildings was in the range from + 4 mm to-16 mm.

99 Application of Shotcrete and Anchorage Support in Construction of Tunnel with Soft - weak Surrounding Rock

Research purposes:The key technologies related to the excavation method,preliminary bracing,monitoring and secondary lining are discussed and analyzed for providing the reference to the similar works.
Research conclusions:To the tunnel with soft - weak surrounding rock,the step excavation method should be adopted,the preliminary bracing should be conducted as early as possible and the closure to form a loop should be done as early as possible to improve the loading structure of the surrounding rock. The coordination between the design and construction should be strengthened. The displacement during construction should be monitored to know the change regulation of the displacement,so the design parameters can be adjusted dynamically and the time of laying the secondary lining can be adjusted.If necessary,the inverted arch and the secondary lining should be done immediately to ensure the security of the tunnel construction.

105 Research on System for Classification of Image Information of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for Check and Acceptance of High - speed Railway in Environment Protection

Research purposes:The remote sensing of unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) has become mature and it can provide the reliable and high - timeless data for check and acceptance of high - speed railway projects in environmental protection to make up the shortages of the manual survey and improve the efficiency of the check and acceptance works of environment protection. The system for classification of image information of unmanned aerial vehicle was established and the image information interpretation data bank and cartographic symbols were set up and worked out. The system for classification of the image information was used for the check and acceptance of the Wuhan - Guangzhou High - speed railway in environment protection,obtaining good results and it provided reference and basis for the check and acceptance of other high - speed railway in environmental protection.
Research conclusions:It is feasible to apply the image data of the UAV for check and acceptance of the high - speed railway in environmental protection. Establishment of the system for classification of the image information of the UAV can fetche information as much as possible for the check and acceptance of the railway projects in environment protection,and setting up and working out the image information interpretation data bank and cartographic symbols are helpful for wide application of the system for classification of the image information of UAV.

112 Research on Optimization Method for Construction Cost of the Connecting Lines in Urban Rail Transit

Research purposes:The connecting line in urban rail transit is assistant line that connects two independent railways.During the network planning of urban mass transit,the reasonable layout of connecting lines is the key prerequisite for better connectivity of each railway in urban mass transit. Optimization method for construction cost,which is originated from general planning of the whole network,based on graph theory and actual field survey data,is adopted to establish the layout of connecting lines. The method is applicable to the urban mass transit network planning with more lines and more complicated connection relation between lines with the aid of a computer. The paper aims to optimize the method by studying and thinking it.
Research conclusions:The paper puts forward the concept of“the sphere of influence building connecting lines”,“the weighted average of cost classes”and“virtual building cost classes”to complete the method,introduces how to establish the layout of connecting lines in Beijing urban mass transit network in 2010,and elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of the method.

Research purposes:The project management system of construction enterprise has been applied widely.The integration of the project design and construction and the working efficiency of whole processes can be much enhanced by using the advanced concept of the project management along with the means of the informatization management.In this way,the construction enterprise can get more profits.Based on the advanced management concepts of the construction enterprise,the project management system was used to help the construction enterprise do the daily management to enhance the working efficiency and further enhance the competition power of the enterprise.
Research conclusions:According to the characteristics of the project management of the construction enterprise,this paper offers the function orientation and applicable target of the project management system of the enterprise and also offers the design outlines necessary for the enterprise daily management of the enterprise to form the advanced project management system of the construction enterprise according to the actual situation of the management works during the construction processes.

125 Research on the New Employee Retention of Railway Construction Enterprise Based on the Perspective of Psychological Contract

Research purposes:In recent years,with the development of high - speed railway in China,the railway construction companies have absorbed large numbers of new employees into jobs every year.However,because the railway construction enterprises are usually not in fixed place of work and in difficult working conditions,in the case of a good salary and benefits,there are still a number of new employees to turnover. Moreover,when the " After 80" and " After 90" who is respect for liberty,pursuits of personal growth and focuses in quality of life have become the most important force in labour market.The loss of new employees in railway construction enterprises will become increasingly prominent.Thus,how to retain new employees will be the major task of human resources management for the railway construction enterprises.
Research conclusions:This paper analyses the features of the work and the demand characteristics of the new employees in the railway construction enterprises,discusses the organizational factors and the employee factors which impact the new employee turnover,and then proposes the strategies for new employee retention in the railway construction enterprises by the idea of dynamic process management of psychological contract,which contain that the enterprises should not only be frank,but also focus on employee values in the recruitment process; perform the tutor accountability and broaden the channels for promotion after the entry; pay attention on the material incentives,as well as the feelings and honor incentives.
