1 SEM - based Tactical Management of Real Estate Project

Research purposes: On the backgrounds that the estate market is becoming more and more normalization,the customers are becoming more and more rational and the market competition is becoming more and more serious,the current real estate projects have features of becoming large and complicated. So studying the the tactical management of real estate project is of great significance.
Research conclusions: This paper defines the tactical concepts on the development of real estate project and offers the SEM model for the tactical management of real estate project. The core element of the tactical management of real estate project is to determine the cause and effect relation between the orientation of the real estate project and the desiring prospects of the project,the macro environment,the competitors,the project features and the customers. Under the guidance of the desiring prospects of the project,the deep analyses of the macro environment,the competitors,the project features and the customers should be made to the real estate project so as to obtain the customers orientation,the production orientation and the images orientation. The tactical management of real estate project can offer the information support to the investment decision - making and working out the development tactics so as to reduce the uncertainty caused by the factors by men in the course of the investment decision - making and working out the development tactics and make the investment decision - making and the development tactics more fitting to the market demand and the competition environment for achieving the project success.

7 Thoughts on Cost Control in Phases of Project Preceding Planning Decision -making and Design

Research purposes: In China,the more attention is paid to the project cost control in the project implementation phase. By doing so,only the half result is obtained with the twice effort. This paper analyzes the problems in cost control in the phases of project preceding planning decision - making and design phase,and offers the relative countermeasures.
Research conclusions: In the phase of project preceding planning decision - making,the study on the project feasibility should be well done and based on the market investigation,determining the project construction standard and scale is the premise of better control of the project cost. In the phase of the project design,the attention should be paid to the roles of the government accreditation,design and cost engineer,and the value engineering method and rationed design should be widely used. Strengthening management of design revision is the effective way to control the projectcost.

11 Research on Survey Evaluation and Reinforcement Control Standard for Existing Railway

Research purposes: The existing railway must be evaluated in survey for reinforcement after operation for years to meet the requirements of the speed - raise and electrification. As there is no mathematical statistics method for survey evaluation on the existing railway,the filling materials segment method,task segment method and enforcement segment method are used for the evalution of the existing railway section by section after comparing the mathematical statistics method in " Code for Design of Building Foundations" and " Standards for highway Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation" .
Research conclusions: The " Standards for highway Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation" is more suitable for survey evaluation of the existing railway. Taking the evaluation of dynamic deformation modulus as an example,combined with the related standard of the railway,the minimum Evd control standard is 40 MPa which don't need reinfor cement. The road sections length that need reinforcement are reduced when using segment evaluation method,achieving good effect. According to the statistics data and segment results,the Evd value has a close relationship with filling type on the surface of roadbed. It is difficult to ensure large stiffness when using A and B types filling,so lime or cement improved soil should be used to get larger stiffness.

16 Transect Arrangement of Coteau Freeway and Environment Protection

Research purposes: In recent years,many roads have been built in coteau in China. Freeway construction affects the environment seriously. This paper discusses the relation between the transect arrangement of the coteau freeway and environment to reduce the influence of coteau freeway construction on the ecological environment.
Research conclusions: When the freeway is needed to be constructed in coteau,it is necessary to do the research on the coordinated relation between the freeway construction in coteau and ecological environment. This paper analyzes the relation between transect arrangement of coteau freeway and ecological environment. The evaluation model is established with the objective and subjective synthetic approaches to determine the weights integrating the environment,society and economy factors for choosing the transect arrangement plan which benefits environment protection and economy to reduce the influence of the freeway construction in coteau on the ecological environment.

20 Study on Application of Multiple - influence - factor - based Calculation Model in Monitoring Urban Ground Subsidence

Research purposes: In recent years,with the urban development and utilization of underground water,a large number of underground water have been pumped out,and it will bring out the ground subsidence. This paper describes the influences of the changes of underwater level,pore water pressure and ground load on the ground subsidence and analyzes the influence mechanism of these factors. A calculation model was established for monitoring the ground subsidence with the principles of regression analysis,and the model accuracy was verified by using it to monitoring the ground subsidence. The model can be used for providing the scientific basis for determining the quantity and density of underground water pumping well and it is of great significance to predicting the ground subsidence in urban areas and along the transportation routes and prevention of the disasters.
Research conclusions: The calculation model of monitoring subsidence affected directly the calculation results of ground subsidence. Based on the relation between the groundwater table,pore water pressure,ground load and ground subsidence,this model established with the regression analysis principle is suitable for monitoring the ground subsidence in urban areas and along transportation routes.

24 Study on Loess Structure with Different Test Methods

Research purposes: Loess is a special quaternary continental deposit with typical structural soil,and its special structure directly affects the characteristics of engineering mechanics of loess. With continuous developments of the economy and construction in China,the project quantity and scale in loess region increase day by day. The engineering accidents caused by the loess happens sometimes,so the study on the loess structure has a practical significance.
Research conclusions: ( 1) The change pressure affected the loess structure. The compaction arose by pressure made reduced the changeability of loess structure and the stability of structure increased. ( 2 ) The change water content affected the loess structure. The structural parameter reduced with the increasing of water content. At the same time,both have nearly relationship. The pressure was lower,the damage of loess structure is smaller. ( 3 ) Both of the pressure and water could cause the damage to the loess structure,but the damage level was different.

32 Analysis of Failure Properties of Expansive Soil Subgrade with Particle Flow Simulation

Research purposes: Expansive soil has the characteristics of intensive dilation shrinkage and is often in a non - satruated situation. Its strength and volume change with the change of water content,resulting in destruction of buildings. For construction of the expansive soil subgrade of Yuxi - Mengzi Railway,by using particle flow discrete element method,the numerical simulation of wet and dry sizing effect in expansive soils was made with the beginning of changing particle intensity and swelling - shrinking particle size,and the analysis of its failure characteristics and process was made.
Research conclusions: The particle flow discrete element method can reasonably reproduce interior expansive soli and free expansion rate tests with the equilibrium swelling pressure method. From doing the single simulation test and multiple simulation tests to the expansive soil subgrade,the superficial zone slump phenomenon of the expensive soil subgrade under swelling - shrinkage cycle is revealed in the microscopic point of view. Contrasting the failure characteristics of the filled embankment shows the situation of numerical simulation almost tallies with the site situation.

37 Determining Method and Risk Assessment of Strong Wind Region along High - speed Railway in China

Research purposes: The determining method and risk assessment of the strong wind region along high - speed railway relate to the scientificalness of distribution of monitoring spots for disaster prevention,to the representativeness and reliability of acquisition of data on instantaneous wind speed and wind direction and to providing reasonable speed -limit instructional information for a driving command and control system or to providing decision - making basis for starting up the emergency plan for the purpose of achieving the aim of ensuring safe and high - efficient railway traffic.
Research conclusions: For the maximum instantaneous wind speed in the area where is 4 m high from the rail surface along the high - speed railway,the level distribution feature of the design value V4_2max of the maximum instantaneous wind speed biennially is basically the same as that of the design value V4_30max of the maximum average wind speed every thirty years. In this paper,it is proposed the design value V4_2 max of the maximum instantaneous wind speed biennially in any place where is 4 m high from the rail surface along the high - speed railway is the master control factor for determining the strong wind region,and the included angle ( β) between the line orientation and the main wind direction and the deflection angle ( smaller than 10° ) of the strong wind regions of the high - filling embarkment,the viaduct and the curved conduit of bridge must be gradually optimized. The strong wind ( gust) coefficient is calculated with the linear regression equation of least square method,getting good effect. Therefore,it proves the optimal scientificalness of the disaster prevention and distribution principle of the safety monitoring point in the strong wind region along the high - speed railway,and representativeness and reliability of the acquisition of data on the instantaneous wind speed and wind direction. It can provide the reference to optimizing the monitoring point distribution plan of the strong wind region along the high - speed railway in China and instituting the technical standard and criterion for the wind fence distribution.

46 Analysis of Influence Factors on CRTSⅠDouble - block Ballastless Track CWR on Long - span Bridge of High - speed Railway

Research purposes: When the CRTSⅠdouble - block ballastless track is laid out on long - span continuous bridge,the principle of interaction between bridge and rail is more complicated,and the traditional calculated method,calculated model and design parameters are unavailable. With the finite element method,the longitudinal - transverse -vertical spatial coupled model is established to calculate and analyze the influencing laws of design factors,such as the annual temperature difference between the track bed slab and bed plate,fastening longitudinal resistance,elastic modulus of rubber pad and friction coefficient of isolation layer,and the advices are given on the selection of design parameters of CRTSⅠdouble - block ballastless track CWR on long - span bridge of high - speed railway.
Research conclusions: In the process of design and check,the temperature difference between the track bed slab and bed plate should be selected as different annual temperature difference according to actual situation of different regions.Application of small resistance fastenings on bridge would reduce the maximum additional longitudinal rail force and track structure stress obviously,but the creeping amount of fastening on the beam end of long - span bridge would be big and should be paid attention to. The high - elastic rubber pad should be installed around the positive stop groove. The isolation layer with friction coefficient should be installed between track bed slab and bed plate.

52 Research on Construction Technology of Massive V - shape Pier in Water under Slant - leg Combined Supporting

Research purposes: According to the characteristics of large stiffness and high requirement of the line shape of V - shape pier of passenger dedicated line,the research was done on the supporting system and casting method for construction of the massive V - shape pier and slant - leg to ensure that the line shape inaccuracy was within 1cm and the root of slant - leg had no crack.
Research conclusions: ( 1) By taking the pile foundation and concrete supporting pier as vertical Load - carrying structure and taking the fine rolled twisted horizontal prestressed cable as comprehensive load - carrying system to offset horizontal thrust,it was ensured that the line shape inaccuracy of beam was within 1cm and the root of slant - leg had no crack during construction of massive concrete of V - shape pier and slant - leg. ( 2) By using a kind of one - end tensioned anchor box,the slant - leg could be tensioned without damage and it was unnecessary to build the working platform at the end of the pier. In addition,it was easy to do the tension work. In this way,the construction was more safe and faster,and the construction environment was better.

This paper introduces the main technique principle,the technological process,operation steps and the measures of ensuring safety and quality of erecting the steel truss girder with the float toe and jack - in method for providing the reference to construction of similar bridge.
Research conclusions: The float tow and jack - in method is the innovation based on the traditional float toe method. It is different from the traditional float toe method in the power to make the girder longitudinal moving. Namely,it uses the jack - in device at the rear end of steel truss to substitute the traction device in the front of the steel truss,with the features of using simply equipments,easy operation,even velocity,smooth running and ensuring the security.

Research purposes: Rock outburst is a geological disaster that often happens suddenly in construction of long deep - buried tunnel,so the study on the rock outburst has the important practical significance to the survey,design and safe construction of tunnel.
Research conclusions: The hydraulic fracturing method was used to analyze and evaluate the tendentiousness of the rock outburst of one tunnel according to the Russenes criterion,Turchaninov criterion,Hoek criterion and other criterions.The results showed that there was the possibility of rock outburst. The rational excavation method would be chosen and in the construction process,the necessary safety measures would be taken.

69 Characteristcs and Prediction of Geological Disaster of High Gas Mountain Tunnel

Research purposes: It is very dangerous to excavate the tunnel in oil and gas area. As the bottom tunnel rock is located in the gas - oil layer,there exists abundant gas around the bottom tunnel rock mass. If the fault and joint zones exist,the gas would leak out. So it is vital to detect the position,nature,size and state of fault and joint zones in gas -oil layer to identify whether it would become a gas passage or not so as to take steps in time to guarantee the safety of tunnelling.
Research conclusions: ( 1) For the tunnel in oil and gas area,we should understand the characteristics of gas on the basis of area geology analysis. In that case,we can recognize the essence of gas flooding,master the mechanism of disaster coming and set down the prediction scheme. ( 2) Accurate geology analysis can establish the stable basis for TSP detection. ( 3) The operation in scene is strict. The detection and drilling construction are the necessary conditions for coming true the accurate prediction. ( 4) Combing the geology and geophysics is the basis of successful detection.

72 Construction Technology for Shallow Doule - arch Tunnel with Bias Weak Rock

Research purposes: In this paper,the introduction is given to the construction technology for a urban shallow double - arch tunnel featured with the weak geological conditions,no self - stable capacity,big deformation of primary support,serious bias and easy collapse,including the technologies of controlling deformation,controlling bias and controlling collapse,for the purpose of providing the reference to construction of similar tunnel.
Research conclusions: ( 1) The rational support parameters should be chosen for construction of shallow double - arch tunnel with bias weak rock according to the field geological conditions. ( 2) The high - frequent monitoring measurement works must be done during construction of the tunnel under bad geological conditions to instruct the tunnel construction.( 3) The reasonable change of construction process can ensure the safety of the tunnel construction. ( 4) The anti - slide pile and back pressure refilling can effectively solve the bias problem of weak rock tunnel.

77 Research on Induction Voltage of Traction Electric Network of High - speed Railway

Research purposes: At present,the double - track electrified railway has developed rapidly,the personal injury accidents caused by the induction voltage from the traction electric network of electrified railway occurs sometimes. For solving this problem,the preventive measures should be offered through making the analysis of the induction voltage mechanism,doing research on the strength of the induction voltage and knowing the calculation formula for the induction voltage. This paper offers the accurate calculation formula for the induction voltage caused by electromagnetic with the image method of the electromagnetic field theory.
Research conclusions: When the current passes through the catenary wire,the electric and magnetic fields form the around the catenary wire,and the electric and magnetic fields produce magnetic effects on the near conductors of the traction electric network. The strength of the induction voltage caused by electrify is proportional with the voltage strength of electric wire and the induction voltage caused by magnetics is proportional with the strength of the traction current and parallel length while the total induction voltage is the vector sum of the two induction voltages.

81 Analysis of Ferro - resonance between Traction Electric Network and Locomotive

Research purposes: The fitting precision in the non - linear interval of magnetization curve can be improved to ensure the analysis precision of the over - voltage of ferro - resonance if the fitting exponential function is selected in the analysis and calculation of the ferro - resonance. It can provide the theoretic basis for analysis of the mechanism of generating ferro - resonance in traction electric network and finding the measures for eliminating the over - voltage of ferro - resonance.
Research conclusions: The results of numerical calculation and analysis with the magnetization theory for the ferro -resonance show the saturated exciting induction exists in the iron - core induction. The saturated exciting induction is the main cause for generating the ferro - resonance and the frequency of the ferro - resonance is decided by the saturated exciting induction and the circuit capacitance. The over - voltage of ferro - resonance is producted when the harmonic voltage excites the circuit consisiting of the saturated induction and the capacitance.

86 Research on Intercity Rail Transit for Sustainable Development of Regional Economy

Research purposes: On the background of the contradiction between supply and demand of resources and environment problem becoming increasingly prominent,from the perspective of regional sustainable development of regional economy,this paper analyzes the necessity of building intercity rail transit to satisfy intercity demand of passengers between central cities.
Research conclusions: This paper analyzes the role of intercity rail transit in promoting the regional economy from three aspects: optimizing the layout of urban spatial structure,integrating the transport networks in city group and promoting industrial development,proposes the basic intension of the coordinated development between rail transit and regional economy from four aspects: coordination in technology,coordination in benefit and coordination in system,and also analyzes the role of Changsha - Zhuzhou - Xiangtan intercity railway in promoting the economic development in this area according to planning and construction of this railway. The analysis result shows the intercity rail transit is not only the key transportation way between cities,but also it can promote the sustainable development of the regional economy.

90 Research on the Deformation Law of Deep Foundation Pit of Metro Station in Xi'an by FLAC Simulation

Research purposes: Xi'an is the first city to build the urban metro in loess area in the northwest area in China. The deep foundation pit of metro station has the following features: big excavation plane size,long exposure time of foundation pit and high grade of controlling the foundation deformation. And Xi'an is in the special loess area,and the rock - soil mass of the foundation wall is mainly of loess and loess - like soil with the collapsibility on the top,so Xi'an is big different in geology from the city where metro station have been built at home and abroad,and there is little experience of supporting design of deep foundation pit of metro station to learn. Thus,it is necessary to do the research on the deformation law of deep foundation pit of metro station for the purpose of offering helps to design and optimize the supporting structure of the foundation pit of other metro stations in Xi'an.
Research conclusions: The simulation of the on excavation process of the deep foundation pit of Beidajie Metro Station of Line 2 of Xi'an metrol was made with FLAC software to work out the monitoring plan of the deep foundation pit of the station. The analysis of the horizontal deformation of the retaining piles,the axial force changes of steel support,the change law of load bearing of the cables was made. The results showed that the displacement of pile directly reflected deformation characteristics of the retaining structure,while the steel support and cables obviously limited the deformation of foundation pit. The calculation results was basically in accordance with the monitoring results.

94 Numerical Simulation Calculation and Field Data Monitoring Analysis for Start Section of Shield Construction of Wuhan Metro

Research purposes: Shield construction is one of the major methods for metro construction. The big difference exists in features between the start section and the standard section in shield construction,such as the reinforcement area in the end section. It is necessary to investigate the features of the numerical simulation and the field monitoring data to know the special laws that fit to the start section.
Research conclusions: The finite difference model was established on the base of the soil properties of Jiangji Section of Line 2 of Wuhan metro. The shield construction process of the start section was simulated by 6 steps. The vertical displacements after excavating 30 m of the right track were analyzed by sampling the different cross - section while the analysis was made for the difference between the numerical simulation result and the field monitored data about the start process to know the common points of them for providing the reference to the numerical calculation,engineering analysis and engineering prediction of the start section of shield construction.

100 Research on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Subway Safety Performance and Its Application

Research purposes: The safety performance of subway is crucial to the subway operation. In order to evaluate the safety performance of subway scientifically and find out the weak points in safety timely,the index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for subway safety were built for providing the reference to improvement of the safety performance of subway.
Research conclusions: The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for subway safety performance presented in this paper was used in one subway to verify its performance. The evaluation results showed that the safety comprehensive performance of the subway was " safe ",and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the subway safety performance was of good practicability in timely finding the hidden fault in safety and giving assistance of working out the preventive measures for the safety.

105 Application of Recuperative Anchor in City Metro Construction

Research purposes: With the increase of the underground projects in cities,as a new patent technology,the recuperative anchor is gradually applied to the bracing system of foundation pit. As the common prestressed anchor is often non - recyclable,only in Guangdong and Beijing there are thousands of tons of steel cable to remain in the ground one year. This not only causes the big material waste,but also becomes the obstructions for follow - up construction and causes the underground pollution. The cable which is ramped into the pit usually intrudes the underground space of the building nearby as it extends the contruction line.
Research conclusions: By taking the successful application of recuperative anchor in the Futian Hub project of Shenzhen metro as an example,this paper introdues the technical requirements and matters that need to pay attention to in application of recuperative anchor in a given project. From the long - term view,the application of recuperative anchor will not only considerably saves the production cost of enterprise,but also reduces the influence on the surrounding environment,saves energy and benefits the society.

109 Construction Technology of Concrete - filled Tubular Column for Nanjing South Station

Research purposes: The Nanjing South Station is of the structure with integrating the bridge with building.Lots of CFST were used in the Nanjing South Station. During the construction,there are many practical engineering problems because of the restrictions of construction site environment and construction conditions,so it is necessary to study construction technology of CFST. For the construction difficulties,such as one - time pouring height of concrete -filled tubular column ( maximum height of 18. 22 m) ,large diameter of tube ( diameter of 1 200 mm) ,erection and welding of tube along with concrete pouring alternately,control of liquidity and stability of CFST,the various quality assurance measures have been taken to ensure the successful completion of concrete construction.
Research conclusions: ( 1) For one - time pouring 18. 22 m CFST,the semi - self - compacting concrete or self -compacting concrete can be used. The artificial irrigation and high - frequency vibration must be conducted to the semi - self - compacting concrete in tube. ( 2) By selection of good raw materials of concrete,optimization of the match ratio and taking various quality assurance measures,the good liquidity stability of CFST can be ensured,therefore to ensure the CFST performance and quality. ( 3) In the site inspection for Nanjing South Station,the ultrasonic testing can accurately detect defects of CFST by sampling,so it can ensure CFST quality.
