1 Analysis of Prediction of Settlement of CFG Pile Composite Foundation of Passenger Dedicated Line

Research purposes: The analyses were made for the prediction of the settlement of the CFG pile composite foundation of one passenger dedicated line predicted with the hyperbolic graphic method, the hyperbolic method, three- point method and the index method. The actual measured settlement data were polished by using quintic multinomial By doing so, the error produced in the measurement and the non-isochronism of the actual measured settlement data can be eliminated and it can provide the reference to the similar works.
Research conclusions: Application of the interpolation of the quintic multinomial can eliminate the error caused by environment factors and the difficulty in selection of measurement spot caused by the non-isochronism in measurement to make the settlement curve smooth. From the prediction results obtained from the four methods mentioned above it can be seen the result obtained from the three- point method is good, getting the max imum relative coefficients while the measured values obtained from the hyperbolic method are the biggest.

5 Features Analysis and Hazard Assessment of Dashuigou Debris Flow in Lintong

Research purposes:Dashuigou is located in Lintong where there is a typical rainstorm debris flows.Based on the measured data,this paper analyzes the watershed features and genesis of Dashuigou debris flow to select the reasonable empirical formuls to determine avalues of its main features.On this basis,a simple and practical hazard assessment model of debris flow is established.The minimum square method for the appied weight of model was used to determine the factor weight to ensure the accuracy of the weights.The establishment of hazard assessment model can provide the basis for predicting the disasters of debris flow and taking the control measures for the disaster.
Research conclusions:The research result indicates that using the maximum relative altitude in drainage area,the scale of potential debris flow,debris flow frequency,drainage area,length of main ditches,the average slope of main ditches,maximum rainfall in 24 hours,population density and length proportion of debris supplement section to assess the debris flow hazard is reasonable and feasible.Dashuigou debris flow was assessed with this model.The result showed the Dashuigou debris flow was of high—hazard and it Was consistent with the real hazards status and activities trend.So the model for debris flow hazard assessment is effective and feasible with certain theoretical and practical significance.

10 Research on Thermal Stability of Foundation of Buried Oil Pipeline in Permafrost Region

Research purposes: Under the effect of positive temperature oil.the oil pipeline in permafrost region produces the disturbance to the foundation in permafrost region,resuhing in a thawing cylinder.At same time,the thawing subsidence of frozen soil and thawing of the active layer affect the pipeline foundation,resulting in uneven subsidence of the pipeline foundation to impact the pipeline safety.The model for calculation of the thawing cylinder of buried oil pipeline was used to calculate the thickness of the thawing cylinder,and the method was offered to treat the foundation for the purpose of providing the basis for laying the buried oil pipeline in permafrost region
Research conclusions: From the systematic analysis and research on calculation of the size of the thawing cylinder of the buried oil pipeline in permafrost regions with the calculation model,it is concluded application of coarse—grain soil instead of the heating plate for buried oil pipeline in permafrost region can reduce thawing settlement and frost—-heaving of the oil pipeline foundation and guarantee the the stability of the pipeline foundation.

14 Research on Integrity of CFG Pile Constructed with Long Screw Machine and Ultimate Bearing Capacity of Single Pile

Research purposes: From the test to the integrity of the 0.5m diameter and 5.2m long CFG pile that was constructed with the valve type long screw machine and made of C30 concrete with the pile end locating at medium weathered rock it was found in the low strain reflection wave curve of the integral pile that the reflection amplitudes of the reflection waves were different to the different pile ends.It is necessary to further study whether the reflection amplitude level is related to the embedment of the pile end or not.
Research conclusions:The reflection amplitudes of reflection wave was related to the embedment of the pile end.By using the proportional reflection amplitude coefficient T between the reflection amplitudes of the reflection wave and the incident amplitude,the embedment of the CFG pile end and the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile were analyzed. When TA was equal to 0.1-0.2,the embedment of the pile end Was good and the ultimate bearing capacity of the single pile was of 1 200—1 000 kN.When the TA was equal t0 0.2-0.5,the embedment ofthe pile end was rather good and the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile Was of 1 000—800 kN.When TA Was equal to 0.5—0.86.the embedment of the pile end was rather poor and the ultimate beating capacity of single pile was of 400—800 kN.When TA was more than 1,the embedment of the pile end was poor.When n Was negative number,the embedment of the pile end Was excellent.In a word,the better the embedment is,the more load the single pile can bear,otherwise the single pile bears less load.CFG pile should be constructed with gamopetalous—type long screw machine to get a good embedment and enhance the bearing capacity of single pile.

18 Analysis of Problems Related to Reinforcement of Soft Foundation of Embankment with Vacuum Combined Surcharge Preloading

Research purposes: The vacuum combined surcharge preloading technology has been widely applied in construction of port and road.However,its reinforcement mechanism and settlement calculation methods are still in controversy or unclear to affect its development and application.Combining the engineering test data,this paper analyzes the characteristics of vacuum combined surcharge preloading technology,including the№nsferring law of vacuum degree,change and dissipation characteristics of pore water pressure,foundation settlement rule and control effect of post—construction settlement and SO on.and discusses the relative problems in design and construction with vacuum combined surcharge preloading,such as the calculation methods for the foundation settlement and the influence factors on the post—construction settlement.
Research conclusions:fter eliminating the effect of vacuum degree,the increases and dissipation characteristics of excess pore water pressure under vacuum combined surcharge preloading foundation is basically consistent with that of single surcharge preloading,and there is no essential difference in reinforcement mechanism of them.Additional stress and reinforcement depth of vacuum preloading foundation is obviously different with that of single surcharge preloading,SO it should be considered in settlement calculation.At last,the control of the post—construction settlement under vacuum combined surcharge preloading is closely related to foundation conditions and embankment height and 80 on,80 its application must be considered in design and construction according to technical standard.

23 Analysis of Frost—heaving of Filling Materials Group A and Group B for Subgrade of Passenger Dedicated Line

Research purposes: Based on the frost—heaving mechanism and influence factors on the frozen soil subgrade and according to the filling materials for the bubgrade in the section,this paper discusses whether the frost—heaving of the frozen soil subgrade can be effectively controlled or not by using the 60cm thick filling material with fine grain content less than 15%except the requirements of frost—heaving for the subgrade bottom base can be met by using the crashed—stone soil with fine grain content less than 5%.
Research conclusions:Based on the analysis of frost—heaving mechanism of the subgrade and its influence factors,and tests to the frost—heaving of filling materials Group A and Group B,the discussion is made on the frost—heaving of the fixed filling materials and it is concluded the frost—heaving of the subgrade base can be effectively controlled by using the 60cm thick crashed—stone filling material with fine grain content less than 15%.However.as the influence factors on the frost—heaving are complicated and the research results have limitations,it is necessary to do the further study on remedying and improving the frost—heaving data to make the design of antifreeze filling material and structure more reasonable for the subgrade.

27 Research on Track Irregularity and Unfavorable Wavelength of Speed—increased Railway

Research purposes: Track irregularity is the main sources to induce the vibration of vechicle and track structure.For different types of track irregularity,the stimulation and disturbance direction and impact level are different.And the amplitude and wavelength of track irregularity produce significant effect on the dynamic Mcharacteristics of vehicle and track structure.So the study Can be done on revealing the power spectrums of track irregularity characteristics from the amplitude and wavelength to better know the vibration characteristics of vehicle.
Research conclusions:From the measured data of the track irregularity of Wuhan—Jiujiang Railway Line,the distribution functions of the power spectrums of the track irregularity are obtained.According to the measured acceleration of the vehicle vibration。the analysis iS made for correlation between the different track irregularities and vibration acceleration and the most unfavorable wavelength that brings about the vehicle vibration is known.

32 Study on the CP Ⅲ Vertical Control Network Establishing Method of High—speed Railway Based on Free.—station

Research purposes: Aiming at the measurement for establishment of high—speed railway track control network CP Ⅲ vertical control network,the paper not only analyzes the technical requirements of CP Ⅲ vertical control network but also the technical features of methods from Germany and China for establishment of vertical control network,and based on the principle of free—station in cPm plane control network,the feasibility of building CP Ⅲ trigonometric leveling net work by the observational values of free—station in CP Ⅲ plane control network is discussed.
Research conclusions:Through the introduction of the middle method of total station,CP Ⅲ trigonometric leveling network is established and compared to the prerequisite for high precision trigonometric leveling,it is considered to be feasible.At the same time,comparison and statistical analysis among actual accuracy index of large mounts of CP Ⅲ trigonometric leveling network data are done,proving that the method proposed in the paper can meet the accuracy;equirements for the second order leveling and CP Ⅲ vertical control network,SO it is a new method in establishing CP Ⅲ vertical control network.

38 Measurement of CPⅢ Control Net for Ballastless Track of High——speed Railway

Research purposes: According to the construction of Ballastless ride request,studying network layout and survey methods of CPⅢ control for meeting the construction requirements for.Studying to meet the construction requirements of the CPⅢ control network location accuracy requirements and CPⅢ Control Network relative error and repeatable measurement error precision control indicators,which explicitly CPⅢ Control Network error,and ultimately to meet the non—ballast track construction on the smoothness requirements Measurement of protection provided.
Research conclusions::(1)CPⅢ control network is installed evenly along the railway and the multiple—direction intersection in rear is adopted in the measurement.This is crucial to control of the relative error between measurement spots of CPⅢ control network.(2)The relative error between measurement spots of CPⅢ Control Network and the repeatable precision control of the measurement error can meet meet the requirements of the track regularity.

43 Mechanics Analysis of Hoisting and Storage of Double—block Sleepers

Research purposes: The Double—block sleepers is one kind of factory prefabricated reinforced concrete structures,SO the hoisting and storage of sleepers become an inevitable link in the construction process of Double—block ballastless tracks.When the sleepers are hoisted layer by layer,the truss steel bars of the lower layer sleepers have to sustain the dead weight of both its own and the upper sleepers.Therefore,the strength of the sleepers under transportation,hoisting and construction load has to be calculated.
Research conclusions:In order to determine the layer number of the sleepers and make sure the truss steel bars are in normal working conditions,the calculation focuses on the stressing state of truss steel bars in the sleepers.It also provides US with the constraints and the advice of hoisting and storage of the Double—block sleepers.

47 Research on Real—time Detection Method for Broken Rail Based on Ultrasonic Guided Waves

Research purposes: With the China奄railway development toward high—speed railway and heavy—load freight,the stricter requirements are enforced on the integrity of rail track structure,and the safety of railway transportation becomes more and more important.This paper proposes a fracture detection method that is suitable for long seamless tracks without track circuits,and deeply studies and analyzes the mechanism of broken rail detection.
Research conclusions:The study on simulations of the rail integrity,broken rail status,occupied status of track and failed status of receiving channel shows the ultrasonic guided wave detection method can replace the detection circuits for broken rail in the section without rail circuit,with features of simple principle,easy installation and maintenance and Low consumption of operation power.

52 Study on the Relationship between Rail Wear Volum e and Friction Work

Research purposes: The test was done to the effects of axle load and curve radius on the rail wear vo lumeby using a JD - 1 wheel- rails imulation facility. Further more, the analysis was made for the effects of axle load and curve radius on friction work of wheel and rail under the same working condition with numerical programme CONTACT. Based on the test and calculation result the study was done on the relationship between rail wear volume and friction work and the preliminary empirical formula was offered for simulation calculating the wear volume of rail specimen by using friction work.
Research conclusions:The wear volume of rail specim en and friciton work of contact area of wheel and rail changes with the changes of the axle load and curve radius. There is a corresponding relationship between wear volume and friciton work of wheel and rail This study result offers a certain reference value to study ing rolling contact wear of rail in laboratory.

56 Research on Application of Metal Magnetic Memory Technology in Testing Temperature Stress of Seamless Rail

Research purposes: How to continuously,dynamically,accurately monitor the temperature stress of seamless rail iS the problem unsolved for long time.Therefore.real—time detection of the actual vertical temperature of the track is of great significance to instructing the track maintenance and evaluating the possibility of appearance of broken rail and buckled track.
Research conclusions:The introduction is given to the research on application of metal magnatic memory technology in testing the temperature stress of seamless rail by using TSM一1 M-4 Magnetic Memory Detector.Application of TSM一1 M—·4 Magnetic Memory Detector in testing the temperature stress of 1 5 15 m long rail administrated by Fengtai Track Maintenance Section of Beijing Railway Administration shows this metal magnatic memory technology has a big merits in early—time diagnosis of sudden buckled track.

61 Analysis of Mechanical Characteristics of Support Structure for Tunnel in Close Proximity to Bias Shallow Loess Tunnel

Research purposes: The purpose is to ensure the safety of new tunnel construction and service safety of existing tunnel when constructing a new double—track tunnel in close proximity to the existing tunnel in parMlel.
Research conclusions:(1)Under the shallow bias conditions.the settlement and convergence of the arch of newly—built tunnel are big.(2)The rock pressure distribution is asymmetric like eat ears.(3)The stress on the farther side of the steel bow member is bigger than that on near side of the steel bow member and it plays a big role in supporting.(4)The Arch and side walls with sprayed concrete are in compression while the tensile stress i8 over the bottom.(5)The stress on the anchors of the arch system is small and it produces a little effect on the stability of the structure while the foot anchors produce a certain effect on the structural stability.(6)The existing tunnel is obviously affected by excavation of the new tunnel because excavation of the new tunnel produces two effects of bias and tension on the existing tunnel.(7)The distance between the proximite tunnels produces big effect on the existing tunnel lining.When the space iS fixed,the impact on the near side iS bigger than that on farther side.

68 Analysis of Adaptability of Slurry Shield for Construction of River—crossing Tunnel

Research purposes: The type selection of shield machine is a key element for the shield construction and the shield adaptability is crucial to the construction cost,the construction schedule and the construction safety.Combined with the construction of river—crossing tunnel of Line 2 of Wuhan metro,this paper analyzes the adaptability of slurry shield tunnel and offers the the corresponding control measures.
Research conclusions:Based on the systematic engineering concept of the adaptability between man and the shield tunneling and the construction environment,the analysis is made for the basic concept and intension of the shield adaptability to the construction environment.According to the characteristics of the construction environment,such as The high hydraulic pressure,the shallow covering and the compound stratum etc,the control measures such as setting and adjusting appropriate face pressure,control of shield tunneling attitude,matching the grouting volume and speed with the shield speed are offered to reduce and control the construction risks,such as destabilization of excavation surface,mud pumping in the river bottom,block of the pumping mouth,mud leaking at the shield end and tunnel floating.This can provide the reference to the similar projects.

75 Research on Load Test of Traction Power System for Passenger Dedicated Line

Research purposes: The load testof traction powersystem is an important testin the phase of integration tests for the passenger dedicated line. This paper studies the preconditions, procedures, method and issues forcaution in the load testand analyzes the measured data and the evaluation standard used for Beijing -Tianjin Intercity Railway for providing the standardized reference to the load testof traction power system for other passenger dedicated line.
Research conclusions:The load testof traction power system is an indispensable testin the phase of the integration tests For passenger dedicated line. The load testmethod and evaluation used for Beijing -Tianjin Intercity Railway are suitable, correctand reliable. The standardized load testnotonly can verify the design, installation and commissioning of traction power system in general, but also can validate and optimize the plan study and and simulated calculation in early time. The acquired data are also very useful to the maintenance for the future.

81 Research on Planning for Grey Land Use along Urban Rail Transit

Research purposes: With the flourishing development of urban rail transit,lots of problems happen in construction of the urban rail transit in China.Especially a series of the problems in the land development along the urban rail transit happen.This paper offers a tactics of planning for grey land use to solve the problem of land use along the urban rail transit.
Research conclusions:Based on the analysis and research on the planning method for grey land use,this paper offers the dynamic plan for grey land use along the Line 2 of the urban rail transit in Suzhou according to the planning for land use along the urban rail transit around the high—speed railway.With this plan.the change number of the plan can be reduced,the use value and use efficiency of the land can be enhanced,the market properties of rail transit can be reflected,and the sustainable development of rail transit construction can be achieved.

87 Study on Construction Plan for Wuhan Metro in Key Area Under Complex Engineering Environment:Operational Analysis of Surrounding Light Rail Bridge

Research purposes: The settlement of the light rail bridge around the Xunlimen Station of Line 2 of Wuhan metro was considered to be stabilized after the analyzing the monitored data and optimizing the construction plan.However.it was necessary to further study whether the absolute settlement and differential settlement of the bridge pier could meet the operational requirement of light rail or not to make sure the coordination of newly—-built underground structure with the operation of the ground structure for meeting the service requirements for them.
Research conclusions:From the calculation of the numerical values of the light rail bridge pier,analysis of the monitored data settlement and comparison with the corresponding codes it is concluded the existing settlement of the light rail bridge call meet the service requirement of light rail.

91 Comprehensive Analysis of Turn-back Track Plan for Terminal Station of Line 6 of Tianjin Metro

Research purposes: In order to increase the traffic capacity of turn—back track of the metro terminal station,this paper analyzes the merits and demerits of the layout patterns of the built and building turn—-back tracks of the terminal stations of Tianjin metrol compares the the plans,calculates the traffic capacity of the turn—back track and determines the layout pattern of the turn—back n-ack of the terminal station at Shuanggang Vehicle Depot of Line 6 of Tianjin metro.
Research conclusions:The turn—back track of terminal station should be laid out according to the terrain condition.The construction difficulty,the traffic capacity of the turn—back track,the traffic flexibility and the long—term development of urban rail transit network should be compared in technology and economy to choose a reasonable plan for the turn—back track.

95 High—speed Railway Promotes Development of Low—carbon Economy in China

Research purposes: From the angle of comparative analysis of real examples,this paper discusses the comparative advantages of high—speed railway in respect of energy conservation,environment protection,control of sound pollution,land saving and lowering external cost,ect, compared with the other transportation modes and ordinary railway.With an analysis of the Beijing—Tianjin Intercity Railway,this paper further demonstrates the distinctive advantages of high—speed railway in respect of energy conservation and emission reduction.Besides,this paper also predicates the low—carbon effects after several high—speed railways put into operation in the coming years.
Research conclusions:Development of high—speed railway is significant to the sustainable development of society and economy in China.On one hand,it can substitute for the developed western countries transportation development way that cars is as the main transport means with much environment pollution and astonishing traffic accidents.On the other hand,it can make full use of the sequent advantage of the developing countries to quickly build up its modem and rapid traffic system with the concept of putting man first and realize the harmonious developments between the transportation and environmental resources under the guidance of scientific outlook on development.
