7 Choice of Speed Target Value of Changchun-Jilin Intercity Railway

Research purposes: The speed target value is proposed for Changchun-Jilin Intercity Railway through doing research on the speed target value and analysis of the influencing factors on the speed target value.
Research methods: The analysis and research are done on the schemes of speed target values of 200 km/h,250 km/h and 300 km/h from four areas of the traffic demands,traffic efficiency construction cost and economic benefits.
Research Conclusions :In combination with the real conditions of construction and operation,the proposed speed target value is 200 km/h and the condition of 250 km/h is remained for future so as to save the early construction cost and provide the better condition for the development of Changchun-Jilin Intercity Railway in future.

11 Exploration on Application of Coordination Design Technology in Large- sized Communication Survey and Design Enterprise

Research purposes: Through studying coordination design technology it is proposed what countermeasures should be taken by communication survey and design enterprise to improve the efficiency and quality of survey and design.
Research methods: The analyses are made for the necessity of coordination design for large-sized communication survey and design enterprise and the present situation of coordination design used at home and abroad, and the exploration is made on the method of coordination design applied in transportation survey and design according to the development trend of coordination design technology.
Research conclusions: It is suitable for large-sized communication survey and design enterprise to carry out the coordination design by four steps,namely(1)Based on the current network and related resources,a simple coordination design platform should be established to make loose coordination design for the purpose of exploring working mode.(2)A coordination design platform of high practical applicability , high technical performance,high integration and easy operation should be established to make coordination design according to the requirement of file coordination. (3)Based on the applicable software for the dominant profession,the standard should be worked out for the data interface with other professions to make up an integrated software for centralized management and transmission of data in making design with the different professions.(4)Through introducing BIM,the complete data standard should be worked out to transmit the information in real time for coordination design under condition of 3D design.

15 Thoughts on Innovation of Existing Railway Line for Speed-raise

Research purposes: The purposes are to make the design better decision-making more correct and reduce unnecessary errors in design and innovation of existing railway for speed-raise.
Research methods: It is put forward what successful experiences and necessary lessons should be drawn from the survey,design and coordinating construction of existing railway for speed-raise through studying the information of foreign countries and the tested results of China.
Research conclusions: (1) The scale of investment and economic benefits depend on the quantity of main track and the minimum radius of curve.(2)Closing some stations of less passenger and freight traffic volumes during the innovation may save much operation cost.(3)Through doing dynamic load test } it can be decided whether the existing bridges needs reinforcement or not.(4)The midway between tracks of foreign countries and the test of trains meeting on Qingdao-Jinan Railway Line show the midway between tracks in China is relatively conservative.(5)Application of bandage technique for pier stand can avoid removal or reconstruction of existing bridge,or conducting transition engineering.

19 Conception and Design of the Scheme for the Eastern Overpass across the National Road 307 on Loop Road 3 in Shijiazhuang

Research purposes: Based on the conception of the scheme for the eastern overpass across the national road 307 on loop road 3 in Shijiazhuang,the proposal is made for the arrangement form of city overpasses.
Research methods: Based on the newest design concept for road,the type selection designs are made for the overpass by adopting design software DICAD-PRO for interchange overpass programmed by Liu Hong-bo of East Southern University.
Research results: In the design of the overpass in city the sectors of volume of traffic,surrounding surface features, travel safety,removal requisition of land,landscape requirement and construction scheme should be taken into account for the coordination of the function,safety and style with the investment. This overpass design is tight design for beautiful bridge in style,which coordinates with raising spiritual outlook of Shijiazhuang.
Research conclusions: The design of overpass in city should closely aim at the surrounding buildings and site conditions and make reasonable use of the space to arrange the overpass with meeting the functional requirements. The bridge should be designed in humanization with good directional identification marking , so the traffic analysis is a very important basis. The reasonable technological standards should be used for better control of the scale of overpass and the overpass with rational structure,beautiful style and suitable construction scheme should be selected.

23 The Triaxial Test Study of Loess Wetting Properties

Research purposes: By using triaxial test this paper researches the tress-train relationship } strength property of loess due to wetting } strength characteristics and influence factors.
Research methods: Based on the tests under isotropic consolidation and triaxial shear, the wetting properties of loess are obtained.
Research results: The strain-time relationship,the influences of initial moisture content and dry density under isotropic consolidation are obtained. The tress-train relationship varying with tress level , the properties of train,strength property of wetting loess under triaxial shear are obtained.
Research conclusions: (1)The tremendous influence on humidification deformation by initial moisture content and compaction degree ;(2)The stress-strain relationship should behave as strain hardening characteristics under the conditions of humidification and non-soaking;(3)The shearing humidification volumetric deformation decreases with the increasing of stress level while the axial deformation increases with the increasing of stress level; Under the same stress level } both the volumetric deformation and axial deformation decrease with the increasing of average main tress; (4 ) The humidification decreases not only the strength of loess but also the strain of loess when achieving failure.

28 Forming Causes and Treatment Measures for Slope Soft Soil at Chehe Station in Guiyang-Liuzhou Railway

Research purposes: Chehe station lied in the gentle slope pass across 21 natural gulleys. It is discovered that the slope soft soil is distributed in a majority of gullet's when excavating and testing filling. Therefore,it is necessary to find out the forming causes,range,thickness and engineering property of the soft soil for providing basis to design.
Research methods: Based on research conclusions of mountainous slope soft soil of such railway projects as NeiKun and ShuiBo,etc. designed by our institute,the research is carried out by comprehensive exploring measures including test pit , drilling ,static cone penetration test, light-type dynamic cone penetration test and tests.
Research results: Soft soils with different depth are distributed in 16 gullet's at Chehe station,of which the common characters are soft in quality of soil , various in composition ,uneven in distribution and property and mingled with plenty of rock fragments. At last the foundation is consolidated by the heavy-tamping broken stone piers.
Research conclusions: Particular geohydrologic environment formed by stratum structure provide conditions for forming of gentle slope gullet' soft soil. The treatment measures of slope soft soil include drainage,foundation replacement and retaining. According to the construction results,it is east' to treat the slope soft soil at the Chehe station with heavy- tamping replacement method and its effects are obvious.

31 Construction Technique of Steel Spring Floating Slab Track

Research purposes: Steel spring floating slab track may solve the problems of vibration and noise caused by the running train on intercity railway , but the construction quality of steel spring floating slab track is a main factor influencing the efficiency of reducing vibration and noise,so it is necessary to do the research on it.
Research methods: Based on the principles of integration of theory with practice,design guiding construction and construction optimising design,and in combination with the practical example,the explanation is given to the construction technique of steel spring floating slab track from the order of construction procedure,the key links are focused on and the issues for attention in construction are made clear.
Research conclusions: Compared with the traditional construction technique,this construction technique is more advanced and mature with high requirement of grouting concrete into the bottom slab of roadbed to make the foundation of vibration isolator firmer. A special support shelf is designed for adjusting rail easily when laying rail so as to ensuring the construction quality. When the fastenings are installed,the rubber gasket is replaced by wood gasket for keeping mortar from going into the gasket hole,and avoiding reconstruction and waste time in order to ensure the construction procedure. The jack-up should be implemented by three or four steps so as to reduce or eliminate elastic deformation of the spring of vibration isolator for the purpose of ensuring the construction quality and the reduction performance of vibration isolator.

35 Parameters Effect Analysis of Slab Ballatless Track for Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Passenger Special Line

Research purposes: Slab ballastless track will be cosmically paved for the first time in Shijiazhuang- Taiyuan passenger special line which is the only line combining high-speed passenger transport with heavy loads freight in China. There is no canonical calculational theory of ballastless track,so the mechanical rules of slab ballastless track should be studied thoroughly ,which can make the design economical and reasonable.
Research methods: Using the finite element theory,beam-slab model of slab ballastless track is built and the model calculation is caught by the finite element tool software ANSYS.
Research results: The mechanical rules of slab ballastless track affected by some main parameters,such as acting position of loads,stiffness of fastener breadth of slab,elastic modulus of CA mortar and elastic coefficient of foundation,are concluded and the worst moments of slab and pedestal under vertical load of train are calculated.
Research Conclusions: The calculational parameters are put forward in this paper as follows: dynamic stiffness of fastener is 60 kN/mm,breadth of slab is 2. 4 m,K30=190 MPa is adopted as elastic coefficient of foundation, which are suitable for slab track in Shijiazhang-Taiyuan passenger special line. In order to get the worst moments of slab and pedestal under vertical load of train,acting position of loads and elastic modulus dispersal of CA mortar should be considered,acting position of loads includes the middle of slab and the side of slab , and the elastic modulus dispersal of CA mortar contains 100 MPa and 300 MPa.

39 Existing Track of Metro Line

Research purposes: Taking the construction practice of Track M8 joining with Line 1 of Shanghai Metro at People's Square Station as an example,the analyses and research are done on the construction method and technique.
Research methods: Based on the current design standard of track and according to the conditions of working environment on the site of track joining,the construction and design principles are worked out } and the rational construction program and the new materials to be used are decided.
Research results: The construction program that the short ties and fastenings are used by interval replaced main track and turnout jointly is adopted
Research Conclusions: The existing jointless track should be spread before joining and the jointless track on the both sides of turnout should be recovered and blocked. The both sides of FFU compound tie should be concave-convex or figured,and the interfacial agent should be painted on contact surface of concretes between new and old roadbeds. The expansion joint should be remained on both sides of roadbed and in the roadbed of turnout. The total area of steel for dispersing stray current should meet the requirement with good electrical connections,especially attention should be paid to banding or welding between reinforces of side strand roadbed and straight roadbed.

42 Design of Jointless Track on Nancang Bridge

Research purposes: The researches are done on the method for calculating the expansion force of jointless track on rigid structural continuous bridge and how to strengthen the stability of jointless track under the situation of no expansion adjustor installed on curve bridge.
Research methods: Through making analyses of the structure,the mechanics calculation model is established for rigid structure continuous beam,with which to calculate the expansion force. Through making analyses of the structural stability the research is done on the development of reinforcement device for the jointless track on bridge.
Research results: The suitable reinforcement device-lateral resistant has been developed for the jointless tracks on subgrade and bridge,so the stability of jointless track can be calculated with the tested resistance.
Research conclusions: For rigid structure beam,the expansion force can be calculated by establishing calculation model according the structure of it. The tested data should be used as calculation parameters,for which the more important thing is to test vertical and lateral resistances on site. The influence on the deformation of beam by the pier becomes larger with increment of rigidity of the pier and the influence becomes small when lateral rigidity on the pier top is less. Although the lateral resistant is easy to make,handle and install } but it plays great role in ensuring the stability of jointless track.

48 Application Research on the Finite Element Analysis in Designing Steel Netlike Roof's Structure

Research purposes: The applicability of using ANSYS in designing steel netlike roof is studied and the feasibility of designing the steel netlike structural parameter is analyzed.
Research methods: The steel netlike roof's finite element model is constructed by use of the software ANSYS. The model is loaded and calculated on the base of considering structural actual load,material property , geometry characteristic, boundary condition etc.
Research results: The values of steel netlike roof's vertical displacement and the poles’ axial force are gained by calculating the structural displacement and internal force. The roof's transmutation and intensity satisfy the demands of the correlative criterions.
Research Conclusions: The Finite Element Method is provided applicability in calculating steel roof's netlike designed parameter. Finite Element Method can be used directly in constructing finite element model , inputting correspond parameter , plotting out model 's mesh,loading the model and solving the model. Finally the needed mechanical parameter is got. Similarly Finite Element Method can be used as an aided tool to design other engineering structural parameter and to calculate structural mechanical characteristics.

52 Analysis of Treatment Proposal for Urban Rail Transit Line Passing through the Across-river Bridge in the Coastal Areas

Research purposes: By analyzing the treatment measures of urban rail transit line passing through the across -river bridge,the author puts forward the reasonable and feasible treatment principle and proposal.
Research methods: Combining with the specific cases of works,a specific analysis has been performed of the treatment proposals for underground section of urban transit system passing through the across-river bridge work.
Research results: By analysis of proposal,this paper puts forward the treatment principle and proposal of urban rail transit line passing through the across-river bridge.
Research conclusions: The engineering treatment measures should be determined after integrated consideration of surroundings,type of bridge structure,type of foundation, form of route,longitudinal gradient, location of route and location of station as well as construction technology, etc.

56 Research on Repetition Survey for Precise Control of Nanliang-Taihang Mountain Tunnel Based on GPS Corresponding Baselines

Research purposes: Precise control survey of outside tunnel is a very important work in tunnelling project. Repetition survey must be carried out in fixed times for ensuring the safety of the construction. The discussions are made in this paper on implement of repetition survey and the comparison of corresponding baselines with original baseline in the data processing.
Research methods: Taking the repetition survey for precise control of outside Nanliang-Taihang Mountain Tunnel as an example,the discussion is made on the influence on the error in penetrating tunnel by two results in this paper through making analyses of the corresponding baselines' distance and azimuth.
Research results: The biggest distance difference of corresponding baselines is 4. 3 mm,the azimuth is-2.36",and the influence on lateral penetration of the tunnel by measurement error is 33.1 mm,so the results of original survey can be used.
Research Conclusions: In the repetition survey for precise control of outside tunnel it can be verified whether the result of repetition survey meets the requirement of construction accuracy or not through making comparison of the distance with azimuth of corresponding baseline. The influence on lateral penetration of the tunnel by measurement error can be reflected by verification of corresponding baseline. The practice shows the comparison and analysis of corresponding baseline can avoid the complicated works in tunnel and ensure the safety and procedure of construction.

60 Design of Compression Seepage Tunnel Underpass Railway

Research purposes: The diversion tunnel in Baishuijiang three-level power station has a 42 m high maximum water head , underpassing the Shoupayan tunnel of the existing Neijiang-Kunming Railway, and is only 13.06 m apart from foundation base of the tunnel sidewall. In the construction process of the diversion tunnel it is easy to cause the railway tunnel settlement and the lining destruction. In order to guarantee the operation safety of existing tunnel,the rational construction methods and lining patterns should be adopted necessarily.
Research methods: 3D-σ is adopted for analyzing the influence of derivation tunnel on the railway tunnel. The theoretical analysis and internal force of lining which are calculated out by the ANSYS procedure are adopted to analyze the influence of blasting vibration.
Research results: The load combination controlling lining pattern is determined and the crack under the normal use is controlled.
Research conclusions:(1)For design of compression seepage tunnel underpass railway,the analysis should be made for the influenced area of railway tunnel by the construction of seepage tunnel , the composition should be made rationally for load,the verification should be made for the limitation status of load-bearing capacity with the basic composition and for the limitation status of crack with the standard composition.(2)The verification of crack is the control condition for calculation of distributed steel to seepage tunnel.(3)Steel fibre sprayed concrete should be used for support in construction because the pressure of internal water is the main control load due to less deformation and displacement of wall rock around railway tunnel caused by excavation of seepage tunnel.

63 Preliminarily Discuss on the Construction of High Performance Concrete in Passenger Dedicated Railway Line

Research purposes: The high performance concrete is widely used in the construction of passenger dedicated railway line. It overcame the performance flaw which was caused by high performance concrete,guaranteed the 100 years service life for passenger dedicated railway line.
Research methods: Based on the practical application of high performance concrete in the Wuhan Tianxingzhou Big Bridge project this paper carried on the high performance proportioning of concrete design,match test and construction control , as so produced the high performance concrete with high durability and strength , slow change and good volume stability.
Research results: In the concrete design of high performance proportioning the gelation material amount should be controlled below 500 kg/m2 .The mixture ratio of water and gelation, the granulated rate, additional substance factor etc. will have the influence on the concrete intensity, mixing, slurry and other different aspects.
Research Conclusions: Choosing the reasonable construction mix ratio and construction control measure to enable the concrete attain densest condition,which was not only helpful to reduce the project cost and enhance the concrete intensity,but also result to make the concrete small interior crevice to resist the external corrosive medium the invasion, protect the steel bar ,greatly enhance the concrete durability ,guarantee the project quality.

68 Design of Network Fault Acceptance Platform

Research purposes: Accepting platform for network breakdown is designed for rising of network efficiency and examining of network breakdown. When the network has the problem,it informs the administrator carrying on troubleshooting and regulating network configuration at the right moment } thus effectively improves the service movement environment and the movement condition and enhances the customer satisfaction.
Research methods: PHP is a server-side HTML embedded scripting language. It provides web developers with a full suite of tools for building dynamic websites. MySQL is an ingenious SQL Database Management System,which can run on multi-platform,so we use php and mysql together to develop and design this system.
Research results: Developing the web site with accepting platform for network breakdown which can support hundreds of people to explore at the same time and ensure the normal speed.
Research Conclusions: The network fault acceptance platform developed and designed with integrated tool of PHP+ MySQL has the characteristics of easy interface,complete functions and good augmentability with the working ranges from fault appearance to fault location } fault registration,fault analysis,fault handling and enquiring the result of fault handling , so it can reduce the probability of network fault ,shorten the time of handling fault , improve the efficiency of network and satisfy the design principles of reliability } flexibility,the open and safety.

71 Comprehensive Research on the General Layout of Manning Terminal and Overall Arrangement of Railway Construction in Beibu Bay Economic Zone

Research purposes: By comprehensive research for Manning city and industry planning of Beibu Bay economic zone,general layout of terminal and arrangement of railway construction in the Beibu Bay economic developing zone fit for the economic development of Guangxi municipality are put forward.
Research methods: The comprehensive analysis and research has been performed of general layout of terminal and arrangement of railway construction in the Beibu Bay economic developing zone as per urban planning,industry planning and present state of terminal and railway network planning of Manning city and Beibu Bay economic zone.
Research Conclusions: It is a natural demand for the economic development in Beibu Bay Economic Zone,construction of city complex and productive capacity of railway transportation to do the comprehensive research on the general layout of Manning Terminal and overall arrangement of railway construction in Beibu Bay Economic Zone. It is decided finally Manning Terminal is linked with three main railway lines and 3 intercity railway lines to 6 travel directions to form a terminal pattern with loop corridor for passenger traffic and”T" corridor dominated by Southern Loop Line for freight traffic .

75 Analysis of Layout Type and Capacity of Train Washing Track in Metro Depot

Research purposes: Metro depot is the base of train parking maintenance and overhaul. The train washing is one of the most important functions of metro depot. At present } train automatic washing devices are used widely to improve the washing quality and efficiency and the special washing tracks are set in the metro depot. As the different layout type of train washing track has a great effect on the washing capacity and efficiency,how to analyze washing capacity and optimize the layout of washing track in the depot design is an important research subject worthy to be studied.
Research methods: By comparing the washing technology and analyzing washing capacity of several typical layout types of train washing tracks in Guangzhou and Shanghai metro depots,this paper studies the applicability and corresponding capability of various schemes.
Research conclusions: As the different layout type of train washing track has a great effect on the washing capacity and efficiency the choosing sequence is suggested as scheme 1,scheme2,scheme3 and scheme4.

80 Line Container Yard Loading and Unloading Craft of Railway Network Container Freight Station Preferential Choice by Analytical Hierarchy Process

Research purposes: With the rapid development of the internal large-scale railway network container freight,the loading and unloading craft of the preferential choice about eighteen railway network container freight station line container yard can have the key use for the efficiency increase about the railway network container freight station.
Research methods: The weight value of the first and the secondary influence factors is determined to line container yard loading and unloading craft of railway network container freight station by Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).
Research results: This paper gained that railway network container freight station line container yard preferentially used the loading and unloading craft of rail Mounted Gantry.
Research Conclusions: Analytical Hierarchy Process have the better instructional effect for loading and unloading craft choice of railway network container freight station line container yard,the comparison value of each loading and unloading craft appraisal index is more precise,the choice of the loading and unloading craft more suits.

Research methods: Aiming at several setting proposals of RBEAE and combining with the engineering practice of Shenzhen Metro Line 2,this paper makes the detailed analysis and comparison respectively on the setting proposals of on -board equipment, underground substation and ground substation in the respects of rolling stock, environmental Control, substation and civil engineering,etc.
Research results: According to current situations between stations along the line of this project it is thought that it has no execution feasibility in the engineering if the proposal of ground ventilation and heat dispersion is used for braking resistance,and should adopt the vehicle-board braking resistance to reasonably resolve the problems of ventilation and heat dispersion.
Research Conclusions: This paper points out whether the ventilation and heat dispersion of braking resistance can be solved reasonably or not is key factor to select the setting proposal of RBEAE.

93 Feasible Research on Joint Developments of Metro Station and Real Estate

Research purposes: The purposes are to do the research on the feasibility related to the planning and joint developments of Metro and real estate in Chinese Metro project.
Research methods: In combination with the successful practical example of the joint developments of Metro station and real estate at home and abroad,the research,analyses and summary are made for the joint developments of Metro station and real estate.
Research results: The several types,development modes and followed principles are proposes for the joint developments of Metro and real estate,namely it is suitable for China to develop the Metro jointly with the development of real estate and the centralized development should be strengthened around the stations.
Research Conclusions: There are many different things encountered in the course of the developments,so the different designs should be made for the different conditions. In a word,the joint developments are not only beneficial to making good use of limited funds to construct Metro,but also have positive meanings and important effects on the city' s development.

96 Decision-making and Alternative Method of Engineering Proposal Based on Capital Investment Decision-making Theory

Research purposes: In the construction preparation stage of basic engineering projects,the expenses of engineering projects are predicted accurately and the economical and reasonable proposal can be chosen for different principal parts (Investment Company and society).The value of” the land resources assets" consumed in the project can be reflected really and the reasonable basis is provided to prevent the state-owned assets from running off.
Research methods: Based on the investment decision and opportunity cost analysis theories,the dynamic engineering cost calculation method is used for considering the total cost of project during the whole alternative period.
Research conclusions: Because of the distortion of cost calculation,the economical estimate results of same proposal are inconsistent with different principal parts. Introduction of the investment decision-marking theory can forecast truly the present value of engineering cost in the engineering proposal. The opportunity cost analysis theory is used for reflecting really the value of ”the land resources assets” consumed in the project. The total expenses of engineering proposal during the whole alternative period must be considered and the dynamic engineering cost calculation method is adopted to accurately reflect the real cost of engineering.
