STUDY ON THE DESIGN SCHEME OF THE CONSTRUCTION COORDINATE SYSTEM OF PASSENGER DEDICATED RAILWAY LINE

Research purpose: In order to realize the high velocity, high comfort, high security, the high-speed railway (contains speed 200 km passenger dedicated railway line) makes high standard request for the track geometry size and the pointing accuracy that affects the railroad smoothness. As the survey localization datum system of the railway line survey, design, construction, operation and maintenance,the design plan of construction coordinate system of Passenger Dedicated Railway Line is whether reasonable, projection scale error whether can be under the active control, will have the direct influence to the railway engineering construction quality. Traditional level of railways uses the national unification 3 °zone Gauss projection Plane rectangular coordinate system directly, but it is already unsuitable to Passenger Dedicated Railway Line construction standard request as the railway line construction coordinate system the plan. Therefore, in the Passenger Dedicated Railway Line feasibility study stage, connecting with project characteristics, the reasonable design and choice to the construction coordinate system of Passenger Dedicated Railway Line and effective control of the projection scale error, is important premise to guarantee the engineering construction smooth implementation and the project quality.
Research method: Through the basic principle and the main characteristic of the projection scale error as well as satisfies Passenger Dedicated Railway Line 2.5cm/km projection scale error request region change trend analysis. this text deliberated the method about taking the railway line each main slope change country unification 3° zone coordinate and the road should design elevation as the basic parameter to designs the construction coordinate system of Passenger Dedicated Railway Line.
Research result: The research obtains four kind of plan, under the railway line ym-Hm, section change tendency different condition, the construction coordinate system of Passenger Dedicated Railway Line uses the national unification 3° zone Gauss conformal projection plane rectangular coordinate system directly, or the design uses projection datum plane with compensation effect 3°the zone Gauss conformal projection plane rectangular coordinate system, the arbitrary zone Gauss conformal projection plane rectangular coordinate system. the arbitrary zone Gauss conformal projection plane rectangular coordinate system with projection datum plane with compensation effect.
Research conclusion: It achieves effectively to control projection scale error to the Passenger Dedicated Railway Line influence goal.

DISCUSSION ON THE EVALUATION TO THE COMFORT PERFORMANCE OF PASSENGER DEDICATED RAILWAY LINE

Research purpose: In order to establish a system about the evaluation of comfort performance,this paper researched many foreigh countries' comfort performance criterion,and especially,a brief outline on UIC Sperling guide line and international standard ISO 2631 ,which is widespread application there into.
Research method: Taken measures on the vibration comfort performance ,which is a special and important one in those factors correlated with comfort performance. The vertical and planar geometry state of the whole line denoted by the versine, and according to the relationship between the vertical and planar design parameter of railway and the train response , gained vertical and planar transition function of the train response,and then,via the calculation of root mean square of weighed acceleration,integrated ISO 2631 standard to carried through the riding comfort evaluation in the dynamics category of narrow sense.
Research result: It is to have a important significance for the Passenger Dedicated Railway Line design,comparison,selection and optimization of scheme.
Research conclusion: Moreover, we can draw a conclusion that it is necessary all the same to combine the simulation of locomotion and dynamic and the analysis method of locale testing and analogy , thus established a foundation for the further research.

STUDY ON THE GROUND TEMPERATURE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE PLATEAV PERMAFROST UNDERLYING THE QINGHAI-TIBET RAILWAY EMBANKMENT

Research purpose: this paper analysed the ground temperature of the plateau permafrost underlying the Qinghai-Tibet railway embankment and analysed on its the thawing feature.
Research method: this paper is based on the measure dates for three years which have been taken from eight measure holes lain in the indicated that there are four features of the plateau permafrost.
Research conclusion: the paper are four points: the first the average ground temperature of the plateau permafrost underlying the railway embankment is much higher than that under the natural ground. The second is the thawing-layer forming at 0.5m-3.5m from the ground surface that controls the change of the plateau permafrost underlying the railway embankment. The third the decline of the upper limit of the plateau permafrost underlying the railway embankment would be stopped slowly as the heat existed in the railway embankment gradually lift. The last is obviously difference features in the ground temperature between the slope exposed to the sun and the shady slope.

MECHANISM ANALYSIS OF SHALLOW-HIDDEN KARST SUBGRADE SUBSIDENCE AND THE CORRESPONDING METHODS OF GROUT- ING CONSOLIDATION

The fundamental features of shallow -hidden karst subsidence is groundwater going up and down frequently and lots of soil hole and limestone cave existing in shallow stata, which is hidden danger to railway safety. Clay hardening grouts is overwhelmingly superior to others when it is applied for consolidation on shallow-hidden karst roadbed in Louzhan Railway Line by stuff and horizontal curtain grouting, for example, its lower construction cost, simple and practical technology, good property in intercepting groundwater and anti-seismic capability. By testing, clay hardening grouts optimum prescription is made up of 20-45% clay, 10-30% cement, 3-5% water glass, 1-3% special hardening agent and viscosity of mud is above 30s. Shallow-hidden Karst roadbed has been consolidated by stuff and horizontal curtain grouting in Luozhan Railway Line, depth of which is about 5 meters. The outcome of several inspection measurements show a good quality of grouting consolidation construction has been achieved.

THE APPLICABLE CALCULATION METHOD OF PIERS‘AND ABUTMENTS‘BRAKING FORCE OF RAILWAY BRIDGE ON JOINTLESS TRACK

Research purpose: Braking force is one of important influence factors in designing piers and abuments of bridge. Now according to the characteristics of transmiting braking force of railway bridge on jointless track, the law of piers' and abutments' braking force of the simply-supported bridges on jointless track loaded by Standard Railway Train Live Load Specidied by The People's Republic of China is analysed, and applicable calculation method of braking force is put forward.
Research method: According to the characteristics of transmiting braking force of railway bridge on jointless track, bridge constructure, jointless track on bridge, part of subgrade on back of abutment are considered as integral calculating model, to calculate braking force of track. Based on this model, finite element method is adopted to analyse and calculate.
Research result: The influence factors and the law of piers' and abutments' braking force of the simply- supported bridges loaded by Standard Railway Train Live Load Specidied by The People's Republic of China are analysed, piers' and abutments' braking force considering equal span and equal piers' stiffness on the simply-supported bridges is calculated.Finally, applicable calculation method of braking force considering equal span and equal piers' stiffness on the simply-supported bridges is put forward.
Research conclusion: This method is simple, applicable and also approach the calculated data.

THE COMPRESSION ULTIMATE BEARING CAPACITY SIMPLIFY CALCULATION FOR ROUND -ENDED MASSIVE PIERS UNDER BIAXIAL ECCENTRICITY

The bearing capacity is an important check content for concrete and stone piers. Under limit states design method, the material can not bear pulling force in tensile area, and compressive stress presents rectangle distribution. The bearing capacity's calculation is very complicate for round-ended massive piers under this hypothesis. For the convenient design, a reduction factor is introduced similar to the allowance stress state's. It is introduced for the principle and process to solve the reduction factor of compression by using graphic solution. By using multiple regression analysis, it is presented to a group of the reduction factor of compression formulas of round-ended massive piers. The formulas are simple, practical and meet the precision request. They can apply to current design.

MODIFICATION OF NEWEST UNIVERSAL ANALYSIS MODEL FOR RESISTING SHEAR TO REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM- COLUMN NODE

Research purpose: It is for China to better apply the universal analysis model for resisting shear to reinforced concrete beam-column node lately published in "ACI Structural Journal" edited by American Concrete Association.
Research method: The check and modification are made to this universal analysis model for resisting shear through summing up the experimental test data of resisting shear of different kinds of beam-column nodes in China. The analysis is made of the influences on shear strength of node by the parameters of ratio of hoop, ratio of reinforcement and ratio of axial pressure.
Research result: The check result shows although the prediction result of this model basically conforms to the experimental data of beam-column in China, but some times the result of node shear strength estimated by this model is unfavourable for safety.
Research conclusion: On the basis of the check results of different kinds of beam-column node got by the research team in China, the improvement proposals are given for three factors of this model. The prediction result of modified model is close to the experimental result and is favourable for safety.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE FOR INTEGRAL LATERAL MOVING OF 3-20 M SIMPLY SUPPORTED BEAM BRIDGE

Research purpose: Adjustment on distance between lines and length of transition curve brings several bridge rehabilitation projects, during the construction of the sixth speed-increasing on railway line. By means of moving beams of bridge, functions of existing bridge can be exerted at full capacity, while the duration of improvement construction can be shortened significantly.
Research method: The paper gives a detailed introduction on construction technique of 3-20 meters long simple-supported T-type beam integral moving on the sixth speed- increasing on railway line of Jin-pu line. Aiming at the character of anchor submerged in the bridge steel bearings to fix lower pendulars, according to circumstances of the site, several construction methods are skillfully used to complete the task of high tonnage bridge beam lateral moving without influencing normal operation of train, such as using steel plate to fix the existing steel bearings, combining vertical jack with lateral jack, utilizing "window time" of track operation at night, using technique of lining of track.
Research result: it helps to meet the requirement of the speed of 200 km/h.
Research conclusion: Through the observation following beam moving, beam can maintain stability in structure and reliability in quality which reaches the expected effect. Practice has proved that this beam moving technique can be applied successfully and feasibsly.

CALCULATION AND CONTROL OF WATER PRESSURE ON KAST DEEP TUNNEL

Research purpose: for protecting water resource and environment on tunnel,strengthening water drainage as a design principle can not meet the demand of environmental protection, with choking up underground water as a design principle of karst deep tunnel begin tried already. The tunnel lining endures huge water pressure when underground water is blocked up, in which a key problem is calculating and controlling water pressure on tunnel at choking up underground water.
Research method: because the water pressure is influenced double by head loss and contact area between karst water and tunnel lining, based on regulate decrease coefficient of head on karst tunnel, analysis model of water pressure on tunnel.
Research result: the formula calculating the water pressure on karst tunnel with vadose water discharge is advanced. Then, control principle with suitable drainage and grouting in country rock based on water environmental balance on the tunnel is discussed, and formulas calculating the water pressure on grouting circle and lining of tunnel are advanced.
Research conclusion: above formulas calculating the water pressure are tested with measured data in prospect cavity of the second Jinping hytropower plant and in Yuanliangshan tunnel of the Chongqing-Huaihua railway as an examples, and the water pressure values more conform to reality.

ANALYSIS OF TRANSIENT PRESSURE INDUCED BY HIGH- SPEED TRAIN PASSING A TUNNEL BASED ON THE SECOND DEVELOPMENT OF FLUENT

Research purpose: Based on the second development of Fluent which is a powerful CFD analysis software, some important techniques are discussed on the problems in numerical simulation of aerodynamic effect produced by high-speed train passing a tunnel on Fluent system. The problems can be solved by the method of programming with VC++.
Research method: This paper presents a cell-centered finite volume scheme for numerical integration of Navier-Stokes equations for three -dimensional unsteady viscous compressible non -homentropic flow to simulate the variation of transient pressure in tunnel, inside and outside the train introduced by high -speed train passing through a tunnel.
Research result: The transient pressure curve is analysed and explained in detail in accord with the train positions.
Research conclusion: The calculated results are useful in designing new -style portals of high -speed railway tunnels and vehicle sealing performance of high-speed train.

SOME THINKINGS ON THE DESIGN OF ENVIRONMENT CONTROL SYSTEM IN THE METRO STATION

Research purpose: The energy waste caused by determination of fresh air requirement and cooling load based on the predicted statistics of 30 years later in the design of current underway environment system, this paper suggested and recommend some new technology for saving energy.
Research methods:(1) According to the indoor COZ concentration control fresh air requirement, the fresh air should be handled single. (2) The stable indoor cooling load, variable fresh air and human cooling load could be handled by different units.(3)The supply of the ice storge system and the earth-source heat pump on elevator station may be recommended.
Research conclusion: (1)To control fresh air requirement, it could reduce fresh air cooling load.(2)To handled the variable cooling load, it could save energy.(3)To make use of ice storgy system under subway station environment system, the cost of electrical loads would reduce 40%, and the supply of the earth-souce heat pump on elevator station would reduce 30% than variable refrigeration volume system.

MODAL ANALYSIS OF FITTINGS OF ALUMINIUM-ALLOY CAR BODY FOR METRO

Nowadays large-sized hollow closed-end section bar is widely used in aluminium-alloy car body for Metro with certain complex structure. It is necessary to establish finite-element model and make static analysis to aluminium-alloy car body in order to simplify calculation process. The static and dynamic calculation results of two types of models are compared under the same boundary and load in this paper, through establishing finite-element model with two different types of units (solid45 and she1163)to aluminium-alloy car body. It is concluded that adopting lamella unit can reduce unit quantities greatly and increase the network quality on the premise of meeting the accuracy requirement, with the feature of saving calculation cost. It and optimising calculation to aluminium-alloy car body.

MATHEMATICS MODEL AND SIMPLIFIED CALCULATION FORMULA FOR ADJUSTMENT CALCULATION OF CATENARY POST ASSEMBLY

The adjustment calculation of catenary post assembly is an important calculation item in construction, innovation and maintenance of catenary of electrified railway. The mathematics model for adjustment calculation of catenary post assembly is established in this paper based on the calculation principle for catenary post assembly. The suitable simplified calculation formula for calculation at working site is presented on the basis of making mathematical transformation and analysis to the mathematics model. It is proven by the practice and comparison calculation that calculation made by mathematics model is suitable for computer programming calculation with high accuracy result and calculation made by simplified calculation formula is easy and suitable for manual calculation at working site. These two methods can meet the requirements of making adjustment into place one time for post assembly.

RESEARCH ON RELIABILITY OF THE CATENARY SYSTEM BASED ON FTA

Catenary reliability is an important factor in railway safety with high speed development of electrification railway, but its research is only qualitative analysis and not further quantitative calculation. Catenary reliability was analyzed and researched by Fault Tree deduction analysis method in this paper. The fault reason and mechanism of catenary system were found according to analyse objective of the most unexpecting fault events .The fault tree of catenary and its mathematic model was established based on a great deal of survey ,the qualitative and quantitative reliability analysis were put up based on the method of fussell down row and minimal cut sets. Analysis result shows that erosion, part intensity, wear, fatigue, dynamic load, strong current, pollution, strain,tension and wavy speed of contact wire are primary factors that bring about invalidation. At the same time, reliability of top events is calculated by minimal cut sets according to fault pattern and the most weak tache. It provides a feasible method and theoretical basis for reliability and security analysis and invalidation forecast.

RESEARCH ON GROUTING MATERIALS FOR FILLING KARST CAVE WITH HIGH-PRESSURE HYDRODYNAMIC SILT LAYER

Research purpose: Karst Cave 2 of Yuanliangshan Tunnel is a filling karst cave with high-pressure hydrodynamic silt layer. No such kind of cave has been found in all constructions of tunnel at home and abroad, so there is no successful experience to learn. The research is made on grouting materials for such kind of cave by application of many theories and doing lots of practices in this paper in order to solve the problem of grouting engineering.
Research method: Ordinary concrete-water glass two-shot grouting and extra fine concrete-water glass two-shot grouting are adopted in construction of the pilot tunnel under karst cave 2. By this way, it is difficult to pass through one cave. Following it, after the level pilot tunnel encounters karst cave, two-shot grouting is adopted, but the result is not good. To such situation, the grouting materials are adjusted and ordinary concrete one-shot grouting and extra fine concrete one-shot grouting are introduced to form group grouting materials. The group grouting materials increase the grouting effects for level pilot tunnel. But after it rains on earth surface, the grouting solidification is broden down by high-pressure water and cause failure of grouting. Through summing up the experiences and learning lessons, TGRM grouting and HSC grouting are introduced to form a complete set of system and selected model with six kinds of grouting materials.
Research result: The grouting problem of level pilot tunnel and main cave of filling karst cave 2 with high-pressure hydrodynamic silt layer is solved by the complete set of system with six kinds of grouting materials.
Research conclusion: With national technique, the reinforcement of filling karst cave with high -pressure hydrodynamic silt layer can be well done and engineering for it can be kept going smoothly by adopting the complete set of system with six kinds of grouting materials of ordinary concrete one-shot grouting, extra fine one-shot grouting, ordinary concrete-water glass two-shot grouting, extra fine concrete-water glass two-shot grouting, TGRM grouting and HSC grouting.

STUDY REVIEW ON THE INTERACTION BETWEEN DISK CUTTER AND ROCK

Research purpose: As a main tool to cut rock, disc cutter was mainly assembled on cutting wheel of TBM, mixed shield and rock shield. It was vitally theoretical significant and usefully valuable to study interaction between disc cutter and rock, in which studying cutting mechanism of disc cutter, guiding design of cutter and cutting wheel, improving cutting efficiency and driving performance and decreasing power consumption were included.
Research method: abundant documents synthetical analysis and research.
Research result: Fundamental cutting mechanism of the disc cutter,section style and geometric parameters were analyzed firstly. Then research achievements of inner and foreign were overviewed on interaction mechanism, cutting forces and driving performance prediction, also mechanical aspects and geological aspects as main influencing factors on interaction between cutter and rock were pointed out.
Research conclusion: Finally existing problems and future research directions were analyzed which was expected to speed our domestication of TBM and shield.

Research methods: (1)To set the technological parameters of the Biting Pile machine during project constructing and to test the practicability through attempting the peg at the place of the original peg.(2)Through the various application of the Biting Pile machine in Han Dan Tunnel project to test its superiority at the same time may be obtain perpendicular of quality of a product.
Research result: The success of using the Biting Pile machine as the protecting structure ensures the security of deep Dia-Phragm Wall. The stimulation test succeeded, the fixed parameters in construction of Biting Pile machine can effectively control the process of construction; the Biting Pile machine can successfully deal with the underground obstacles, across the complex layers and work in a relatively limited place with practicability and the possibility.
Research conclusion: (1)the Biting Pile machine can work in the place of soft clay ground in Shang Hai and the layer rich in water.(2)It is vital to scientifically set the construction technological parameters when it works in different geological condition.(3)The Biting Pile machine works quickly and efficiently with low noise, little quake, without on mud. And so on. The finished the Biting Pile machine is with high quality, good property of waterproofing. The security and civilized construction meet the demand of protecting environment ,which can create nice external image.(4)The use of Biting Pile machine is perpendicular with standard appearance and the waterproof. It's not need to use mud of protection outer protective to the wall, and enlarge machine parameters. When acrossing the soft and richwater earth, it's need not to take other assist measures. The work efficiency and low price provide profit. to deal with the underground obstacles can work out the unsolved problem and consequently obtain a better economic benefit and social benefit.

Research purpose: After analysing the environment and situation faced by the domestic general contractor corporations, and finding why the profit can not increase in proportiontothe growth of the business value, we are able to find out how to design relevant rules, employ market methods, so as to fulfill the structural reform in the operation level management outside the corporation system, make prejects under control, bring about the beneficial scale and the diversified economy, and to narrow the gap between the domestic general contractor corporations and the world famous engineering contractors.
Research method: reasoning out the way to system creation, by means of both quantitative and qualitative analysis, on the basis of information on the market ,the state's policies related to the domestic genenral contractors.
Research result: It is possible for the domestic general contractor corporations to lower the business risk, and for the employees start their own enterprises by investment, to carry out orderly mobilities, and to share profit with the domestic general contractors.
Research conclusion: For the purpose of increasing the gross controlled resources, and conforming to the international market, it is necessary that the domestic general contractor corporations stimulate the development of the operation- level enterprises that cooperate with the general contractors by specilizing in labor intensive production according to the division of labor, and that the general contractor corporations have share in but do not held.

Research purpose: Construction enterprises are exploring effective approaches in order to realize "two-layer separating”and lighten their burden.
Research method: The paper analyses the necessity of "two-layer Separating“ by adopting comparison and analysis techniques; and points out the problems of employing a great deal of farmer-worker and the measures adopted by the government to regulate the construction-labor market through analyzing the labor usage status of construction corporations.
Research conclusion: The building of Labor service company can bring construction enterprise benefits as follows: (1) There are fixed and skilled labors to assure the quality of the project; (2) It is the foundation of "two-layer separating“ for construction enterprise; (3) It can promote the optimum collocation of resource to improve the corporations' producing capability; (4) It can facilitate reducing the project cost; (5)It is useful for reducing the bothers of labor and capital. The administration layer and the labor layer can organize the p响ect department together and collaborate effectively by labor-subcontract after "two-layer separating“.

THOUGHTS ON SOLUTION TO SEPARATION OF TWO LEVELS BY CAPITAL OPERATION

Research purpose: Facing the important changes of market environment, it is urgent for construction enterprise to think over which measure should be taken to solve the problem related to management of operation level and at the same time how to meet the requirements for change of new environment and how to occupy the strategic commanding height under new environment.
Research method: Following the principle of "One Enterprise Two Systems", namely "Management level is of nationalization and operation level is of privatisation", some primary ideas are expressed in this paper to project subcontract and management of operation level, including summing up concrete solutions and their merits, from capital operation point of view and in combination with changes of national policy environment and real situation of the group corporation.
Research result and conclusion: It can make absolute control of operation level and avoiding legal risk by adopting solution of capital operation. In this way, it is beneficial to breaking up local protectionism, developing local market, meeting new requirement and making enterprise larger and stronger for its business.

TRANSNATIONAL BUSINESS OF PROJECT CONTRACTING ENTERPRISE AND ITS RISK PREVENTION

Research purpose: Speeding the development of international market is a great measure for a project contracting enterprise to follow the strategy of "go abroad" put forward by state and enlarge the its development space. The research is made in this paper on the unique risks probably encountered in transnational business in order to assist project contracting enterprise speeding development of international marker.
Research method: The stage of contracting of project abroad conducted by China and existing problems are presented through review and analysis of development experience of transnational business conducted by Chinese project contracting enterprise. The analysis is made of risk that is one of limitation factors to transnational business. The countermeasures for prevention of the risk are put forward.
Research result and conclusion: Since reform and opening up outside, the contracting of project abroad conducted by China has developed step by step and got good result. Generally speaking, the Chinese contracting of project abroad is still in starting stage and has a large development space. There are lots of limiting factors for project contracting enterprise to go into transnational business, in which the knowledge and treatment attitude to the risk of transnational business are important factors. Therefore, risk should be pain attention to, the relation between risk and business development should be treated correctly, and the effective measures should be taken in order to eliminate risk.
