Research on the Design Concept of Intercity Railway

Abstract : Research purposes : The national economy and social benefits of intercity railway are hug, but the construction investment is large,and the operation has the characteristics of quasi-public,which determines its operations poor economic benefit. How to ensure sustainable operation of intercity railway is the key of intercity railway sustainable development. Research conclusions :( 1 ) Ensuring intercity railway sustainable development is the total design target of intercity railway. (2) To ensure intercity railway sustainable development, we should take measures from expanding project income source and saving project construction cost. (3 ) We should optimize intercity railway line network planning according to concept of 11 five network merging in one",implement economic route selection,improve traffic connection and operation, and conduct comprehensive development around the site,to improve passenger attraction capacity. (4) The muli - channel expanded project income sources should be expanded, such as property development and advertising. (5) Multiple measures should be taken to save project construction cost,such as selecting suitable project technology standard,optimizing engineering technology programmer, using security and feasible engineering measures, comprehensive study on temporary and permanent land together,taking suitable investment and financing programmer and strengthening investment control within the construction stage. (6) The research result has good guiding significance on intercity railway line network planning,survey design and construction management.

Research on the Transportation Organization Design for Chongqing Shapingba Integrated Transportation Hub

Abstract : Research purposes : The development of high - speed railway,has brought opportunities for the upgrade of the old railway station in the core area. At the same time as urbanization and economic development, integrated transportation hub develops from the previous single model, to complex and integrated direction. There is a little experience about the designing the integrated transportation hubs in China,particularly an integrated hub design in conjunction with the property cover. Through some experience and understanding of the railway station in Shapingba integrated hub design process, this paper seeks to provide reference for transportation planning and design of other similar domestic integrated hub. Research conclusions :( 1) Integrated transport hub surrounding roads should be designed in conjunction with urban road network and traffic demand, peeling transit traffic,separation of traffic for diferent purposes. (2 ) Strengthen the combination of road and building body, make full use of vertical space, shorten the distance between the transfer. (3 ) Improve the surrounding road network form a loop system,let the internal transportation hub into the urban transport system. (4)The research results can provide a reference for other similar integrated hub traffic design.

Research on the Operation Scheme for New Airport Express Train in Qingdao

Abstract:Research purposes: As the acceleration of internationalization of the big cities, more and more airport is built. With the development of the new airport,and vigorous development of the land around the airport, it is very urgent to simultaneously construct a punctual,fast,environmental and high - capacity airport express line to evacuate the passenger in the airport. The new airport is located in Qingdao railway hub. This paper innovatively proposed how to choose a reasonable transfer station and make an effective train operation scheme combined with urban planning,to build a closely integrated transport network combined by the railway passenger line network,intercity network and urban rail network to make full use of its geographical advantages. And this paper proposed how to fully utilize resources more convenient and efficient transportation of each group Qingdao International Airport and Qingdao connection,to better meet internal and external travel needs of residents in Qingdao,and to accelerate the process of the international metropolis of Qingdao city. Research conclusions :( 1 ) The paper depending on the characteristics of rail traffic, studies a feasibility and convenience of the best integrated airport train plan,with the airport passenger demand. (2) Use of high grade railway EMU train stopping at the new airport stops and railway resources rich capacity, supplies a train plan to service outside the city of Qingdao and the delegation of the long - distance passenger. ( 3 ) Build a new urban rail transit (line 8 ) services center in Qingdao city and part of the city area of passenger flow,and connects the major railway hubs in Qingdao city. ( 4) The research result can be applied in the field of modem large - scale transportation hub to construct resource; rail transit; rail transit; passenger dedicated line; an integrated transportation system.

Research on the Intelligent Collaborative Design System Based on Data Platform

Abstract : Research purposes : Current collaborative design system is mainly traditional text - based operating system, which encounters great difficulties in design data extracting,processing,using and mining,affecting the design progress and quality. Therefore,intensive researches are required in the key technologies and the construction of intelligent data collaborative design platform. Research conclusions :( 1) The key technologies of the system mainly contain the design of data platform,service bus technology,collaborative design platform,aided design platform and big data analysis system,etc. (2) The intelligent collaborative design system can greatly improve the speed and quality of design,providing text ( including audio and video),data and BIM in dimensions of resource,behavior and delivery individually or simultaneously. (3) Intelligent collaborative design system based on data platform is the development direction of modern engineering design,as well as the basis and prerequisite for modem collaborative construction system. (4) The research outcome will provide directive guidance for the construction of collaborative design system and collaborative construction system.

Dynamic Analysis for Anti - progressive Collapse ofLarge Span Steel Structure in Station Building

Abstract : Resarch purposes : The new large railway passenger station is a large building complex,which has great political influence. In case of any unexpected loads and the overall structure W progressive collapse induced by local failure,it causes a large number of casualties and huge property losses. This paper used the finite element program LS - DYNA,carried out the nonlinear dynamic analysis for the central station structure system of Tianjin West comprehensive transportation junction,and explored the weak link of structure to prevent the progressive collapse,to provide guidance and reference for maintenance during operation and the design of similar structures. Research conclusions :( 1) This station structure is locally damaged and the larger displacement appears for single - column failure cases, but the damage is confined within the limited area around the removed member. (2 ) For the daub - columns failure cases,the damaged area is obviously increased, but the damage is still confined in a limited area and wont induce the whole structure progressive collapse. ( 3 ) The structure has strong ability to resist progressive collapse. (4) The instantaneous component - removing method is simple and useful,and can be used in the analysis of progressive collapse of large span steel structure in station.

Exploration on the Engineering Geological Problems of the New Lhasa— Linzhi Railway

Abstract: Research purposes: The new Lhasa - Linzhi Railway is located in the Qinghai - Til)et Plateau,where geological environment is extremely complex. The developed special soil and rock and unfavorable geological condition are the key to the railway alignment. Through the analysis of engineering geological problems,this paper proposed targeted alignment principle,to further stabilize and optimize the alignment programs. Research conclusions :( 1 ) The new Lhasa - Linzhi Railway is located in the Yarlung Zangbo River suture zone,with highly developed geological structure. (2)Typical special soil and rock:soft soil,expansive soil and rock,frozen soil and so on. (3 ) Typical unfavorable geological condition : earthquake,high crustal stress,sand wind,ice damage,high ground temperature and so on. (4) Several suggestion to avoid the problems:it should be along the seismic favorable section;it is better to be along leeward slope valley,windward embankment should be far away from the toe,meanwhile taking some sand engineering;in reservoir bank collapse zone,it should be along the less influenced slope by structure,should be along the stratification inclined reservoir slope at the same time avoiding soft and hard intercalary strata,and better to be along stable slope with thinner cover to prevent old landslide lose stability again or new landslide produced after water storage; in ice damage zone,it is better to be along sunny and steep slope that water flowed unobstructed when crossing a ditch,not excavated in the abundant underground water section ; it should try to avoid the geothermal development zone, or be along geothermal edge,simple structure,weak geothermal zone with a large angle if it have to. (5) The research results can be used in the similar geological engineering survey and design.

Research on the Loess Disintegration Test along Shanxi Railway

Abstract:Research purposes: Loess is widely distributed in Shanxi. The loess suffusion erosion increases the difficulty of railway construction. The disintegration of loess provides the material basis for suffusion erosion. In order to study the disintegration of loess,this paper made the disintegration test Sr in - situ samples such as the prism with different side length,cylinder and circular groove with different curvature, and analyzed the characteristic of loess, the loess disintegration rate and loess disintegration amount,which has important theoretical value and practical significance for characteristics research on loess engineering. Research conclusions:(1) The loess instantaneous disintegration rate generally experienced a process which from slow to fast to slow again,and disintegration mainly occurred in the early stage of the whole process. (2) The depth of water immersion,the size of the sample was positively correlated with the disintegration,while the vegetation growth,the number of edge of the specimen was inversely related to the disintegration. (3) This examination explains the process of the disintegration of the loess and the phenomenon of removing edge, which provides the experimental basis for the research on the suffusion erosion of the loess along the railway.

Engineering Practice and Research on the High Speed Railway Composite Foundation with CFG Pile a Compaction Pile

Abstract :Research purposes: In recent years,the high speed railway composite foundation with CFG pile A compaction pile is the emerging foundation treatment technology for the collapsible loess ground with upper wet - soil layer and bottom soft - soil layer. There is no mature practical experience at home and abroad. The cloth pile combination form, calculation methods,construction technology and sedimentation control empirical coefficient all need the validation from engineering practice. Resarch conclusions :( 1) The composite modulus of the composite foundation with long - short - piles of CFG pile A compaction pile are appropriate to take the composite modulus method in combination with the determination of bearing capacity ratio. (2) Under this technical treatment,90% ~95% of the total collapsible loess foundation settlement can commonly be settled in 3 ?6 months. (3) The value of correction coefficient in settlement calculation can take 0. 3 when the modulus quantity is greater than 15 MPa,the value of correction coefficient in settlement calculation can take 0. 2 ~0. 25 when the modulus quantity is greater than 20 MPa. (4) Using a square layout in the collapsible loess long - short - pile is easier for site construction and quality control,so a square layout should be preferred to the ground treatment scheme. (5) To reduce the effect of shrinkage,hole shrinkage and broken pile on the CFG pile of the long pile,pile materals with the higher unconfined compression strength are the first choice. (6) The research result has higher application value to promote the foundation treatment of high speed railway in collapsible loess areas.

The Parameter Selection and Optimization Analysis of Filler of Subgrade Roadbed for Heavy Haul Railway

Abstract:Research purposes: Heavy - haul railway transportation is the direction of railway freight development. The trend of large axle load and long marshaling of heavy haul put forward higher requirements to the selection of filler of railway subgrade. Compared with the foreign technical standards of heavy haul railway designing,the regulations about properties and compaction standard of subgrade filler of the existing specifications at home is relatively fixed single and on the safe side, besides, filler properties have large differences packing with regional change,therefore we should analyze the design standard of the foreign heavy haul railway and combine with the characteristics of China’s vast territory,put forward the improvement and optimization for the existing provisions. Combined with the control conditions of strength and deformation % check types of filling and compaction standard of the corresponding structure layer required design parameters such as filler in the known bedding of each structure layer dimension case, and provide optimization suggestions based on the method for the determination of parameters in the end. Research conclusions :( 1) According to the subgrade bed structure ( bedding facing and roadbed) of code for deigning heavy haul railway, design test cases and the packing parameters were determined and improved. The results showed : under the conditions of 27 t axle load and design vehicle speed of 100 km/h, the minimum compaction standard of filler for the bedding facing is K30= 190 MPa/m,meeting the requirements of specification; the minimum compaction standard of filler for the roadbed is K30= 110 MPa/m,equivalent to the compaction standard of lower level compared with specifications. The calculation results showed that the subgrade filling technology standard can be optimized further. (2) The bedding surface layer should make a preferred choice of graded stone to satisfy the bearing requirement of subgrade; Based on the minimum structures design standards,the thickness of the roadbed or the bedding facing graded stone layer can be appropriately reduced with the roadbed filler performance improved to achieve the effect of cost saving and obtain good economic and environmental benefits. (3 ) The research result has guiding significance to the improvement of the technical standard of heavy haul railway in china and the implementation of 11 going - abroad _strategy.

Railway Route Selection Study Based on the Uncertain Decision - making Methods

Abstract: Research purposes: There are many ways and methods for railway route selection,this paper studies the railway route selection based on uncertain decision - making process. First of all,the paper abandoned the traditional subjective and qualitative decision method,and researched a variety of quantitative decision analysis methods,choosing uncertain decision - making as a theoretical approach. Secondly,in the decision - making process methods,the paper deeply understood theories of the three methods,11 good seek good","bad seek good" and a coefficient decision method. Thirdly,made use of the three uncertain decision - making methods to select the railway route of Pingjiang - Xinyu section of the Western Inner Mongolia to Central China railway coal transport corridor,and further analyzed the results of each comparison. At last,the paper obtained the theoretical method suitable for railway route selection. Research conclusions:( 1 ) For the difficulties of railway route selection, this paper studies the objective and quantitative decision - making process based on uncertain railway route selection. (2) By comparing the three methods of subjective decisions, the paper chooses a coefficient decision method as the adaptive method for railway route selection. (3) The recommended route of Pingiang - Xinyu section of the Western Inner Mongolia to Central China railway coal transport corridor has been obtained by calculating, which is same as the present construction plan. The a coefficient decision metliod may have reference and reference meaning for low - speed freight railway project.

Simulation Research on Geogird Reinforcing Railway Ballast Based on Particle Discrete Element Method

Abstract : Research purposes : The ballast is the key element of ballast track,and its accumulative deformation will directly cause the damage and settlement of track. With the improvement of train speed,the effect of ballast deformation on running safety,comfort and workload of main tenancies ballast track is growing. Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the mechanism of high - speed railway ballast deformation. In recent years, in order to reduce the settlement deformation of railway ballast,some scholars began to apply geotechnical grid to the reinforcement of railway ballast,but it is not enough mature and perfect in general. In order to explore the deformation mechanism of baiasts and study the effect of georgic reinforcing railway ballast,the 3-D particle discrete element model of georgic reinforcing railway ballast was established,and numerical tests of the model under cyclic loading were carried out. The influences of geogrid with different locations,different stiffness and different grid size on the reinforcing effect were researched respectively and compared with the related test results. Research conclusions:(1) The effect of geogrid reinforcing railway ballast is obvious,which can effectively reduce the settlement deformation of railway ballast. (2) The effect of reinforcement varies with the location of geogrid. When the distance between geogrid and the bottom of model box is 100 mm,the effect is best. (3) With the increase of stiffness of geogrid, the settlement deformation of ballast will decrease. But when the stiffness increases to a certain extent,the effect is not obvious with further increase of stiffness. (4) The influence of the grid size on the reinforcing effect is obvious. However, the effect is not monotonous, which means that there exists a grid size to achieve the optimal effectiveness. (4) The research result is helpful to understand deeply the settlement mechanism of railway baiast and the application of geogrid reinforcing railway ballast

Optimization Design of Road - culivert Transition Section of CRTS Ⅱ

Abstract:Research purposes: With the road - culvert transition section of Beijing - Shanghai high - speed railway Langang section CRTS Ⅱ type slab track as the background,by numerical analysis software Abaqus the coupling model of vehicle - track - transition section is established,the different factors to the safety and comfort of road - culvert transition section are studied. According to the range analysis and variance analysis method,the importance order of the factors affecting the train running safety and comfort is determined, the design of optimal transition section is put forward. Research conclusions:(1) With the maximum absolute value or the line lateral stability coefficient for optimization of test index,the way of transition section is the first influence factor; With wheel derailment coefficient,reducing load rate,and Sperling comfort as the test index optimization, driving speed is the first influence factor; With vertical acceleration as the test index optimization,filling thickness is the first factor. ( 2 ) It is recommended that in the design of road - culvert transition section adopting the scheme of inverted trapezoidal transition, transition section length 25 m, span length 2 m,filling thickness 4 m and speed 330 km/h,can make the train running safety and comfort and achieve optimal state. ( 3 ) The research results can provide a reference for the design of the other high - speed rail road culvert transition section.

Research on the Design of the Main Bridge of Dongxin Ganjiang Bridge

Abstract : Research purposes : The Dongxin Ganjiang Bridge is a key project of Xiangtang - Putian Railway and Hangzliou - Nanchang - Changslia High Speed Railway,which is connected to Nanchang West Railway Station. The bridge has the characteristics of multi-line,wide trips,heavy load,large span,high speed,etc. In order to ensure that the bridge design scheme is reasonable and feasible,truss type,truss plate,sway bracing,waterproof protective layer, and structural details of the bridge were studied for the design. Research conclusions :( 1) Truss type elevation,with two times parabola curve the upper chord and the variable height of trips,can meet the needs of the bridge site,structure force and bridge landscape. (2) To four line railway steel truss bridge at about 200 m span,it is preferred to choose double trusses. (3) The lateral force transmission sway bracing with K support and the suspender, combined the orthotropic steel deck with longitudinal and transverse beams,can effectively solve the problem of excessive lateral span. (4) New composite structure system of epoxy asphalt concrete was used on ballast trough board of railway steel bridge flexible waterproof layer which can meet relevant requirements. (5) At details,”亚” type of web member section was invented to adapt the connection between sway bracing and the main truss. (6) The research conclusions can be applied to the design of railway multi line steel truss girder bridges.

Prediction Research on the Vertical Bearing Capacity of Pile Foundation Based on Neural Network

Abstract : Research purposes : The effect of pile foundation is improving the bearing capacity of foundation and effectively reducing the settlement of structures. Pile foundation is in a variety of forms, and it can be applied to a variety of different stratums,can be widely applied to buildings which have strict request for settlement, buildings in which live load is big proportion of the total load, and other structures with special requirements for foundations. The quality of pile foundation inspection work and the reliability of evaluation results is an important link to ensure the safety and the quality of the pile foundation engineering. This paper effectively integrates the theory of pile foundation bearing capacity and experimental data with analytic hierarchy process and neural network theory,establishes neural network model for prediction of pile ultimate bearing capacity, to make the solution of bearing capacity of pie more fast, convenient and accurate. Research conclusions :( 1) In engineering stations,the test of single pile vertical static load up to 1 500 t is rare,so successful field tests and accurate test results is the prerequisite for the effective combination of test data and neural network theory. (2) The application of artificial neural networks in geotechnical engineering makes effective solution of complex and fuzzy nonlinear problems. It has valuable reference significance on pelting on more improvement $ perfection and research work in this field. (3) The effective combination of pile bearing capacity theories and experimental data with analytical hierarchy process and neural network theory i an effective new way to solve thetest and calculation of large tonnage pile bearing capacity. (4 ) This research conclusion can provide guidance and reference for similar test and calculation of large tonnage pile bearing capacity.

Research on the Integral Calculation Metliod of Slipping Stability^ of Wing Wall Tunnel Portal

Abstract : Research purposes : Aim at the problems of the slipping stability of wing wall tunnel portal by the strip method,which leads to the result excessively conservatism because neglecting the integrity of tunnel portal and the friction of soils, the integral method was put forward in this paper by regarding the portal as integral structure. Considered the interaction between the various parts of the portal and the friction effect of lateral earth pressure surrounding side wall, the slij^ force and stabilizing force acted on the portal was calculated by the integral method, then the factor of the slipping stability was analyzed. Research conclusions :(1) The slipping stability factor obtained in the integral method is larger than the strip method' and the former is about 1.2 ?1.5 times of the latter. ( 2 ) Sometimes the slipping stability factor obtained in the strip method cannot attain the standard values for some reliable structures,which indicates that the strip method is excessively conservative and necessary to improve. (3) The integral method can be applied in the slipping stability design of wing wall tunnel portal in the engineering practice, and the result is reliable. Under the premise of ensuring safety, the integral method is more economical than the strip method.

Research on the Evacuation and Rescue Technology for Disaster Prevention of High Altitude Extra - long Tunnel

Abstract : Research purposes : The disaster prevention,evacuation and rescue technique of extra - long tunnels is the key technical guarantee for operational safety of railway tunnels. Guanjiao Tunnel on the second line of Xining - Golmud Section of Qinghai - Tibet Railway is the first high - altitude railway tunnel exceeding 30 km in China,with rail top elevation over 3300 m. It is also the longest high - altitude tunnel in the world. The smoke distribution and propagation regularity in this tunnel are different from low - altitude tunnels. It is the first time in the tunnel projects worldwide to confront with the extreme limitation of evacuation speed. The in - depth research of disaster prevention,evacuation and rescue technique of Guanjiao Tunnel is an urgent need of the project itself,and also provides a technical support tor further standardization of disaster prevention and rescue strategy for extra - long tunnels in our country. Research conclusions:( 1) Smoke distribution regularity: ceiling jet with flame is formed at the tunnel roof; smoke stratification is well kept at the initial stage of fire,but tater the smoke will gradually go down,and the natural wind or piston wind in the tunnel will facilitate the sinking of smoke. (2) According to the evacuation simulation, 12 cross? connections are set in the 550m emergency station and 1. 7m wide escape door of the cross connection can meet the requirement of evacuation. (3) Jet fans are used in the non - incident tunnel for over - pressure and uniform smoke extraction through shafts is adopted in order to keep good control of smoke propagation and sinking for safe evacuation. Corresponding emergency plan and equipment control technique are also necessary security techniques. (5) Disaster prevention, evacuation and rescue techniques of Guanjiao Tunnel provide a classic design mode for extra - long tunnels in our country , and give theoretical support and seres as a reference for similar tunnel projects.

Taking Chunshen Station as an example,this paper analyses the application of the two design schemes,and discuss the measures for further improvement. Research conclusions :(1) Common railway switchless station is not as the control point of the running direction circuit. (2) The switchless track of the common station should not be the control point of t!ie running direction circuit. / this station needs to change the running direction independently,it can also be the control point with checking the running direction in the computer interlocking of the adjacent station. (3 ) The switchless track of the special railway station such as Chunshen Station can be the control point of t!ie running direction circuit,but it should take optimized measures of 11 check the running direction before receiving the train, maintain the running direction after receiving the train. (4 ) The research results can provide references for the design of running direction circuit for the ot!ier similar stations.

Technology Research of Digital Repeater in GSM - R System

Abstract:Research purposes: Currently China GSM - R network in tunnel,cutting and other weak field mainly use analog repeater extending coverage of a base station,base station and analog repeater station coverage scheme, there base set too close to co channel,adjacent channel interference,the switching frequency of much influence quality of service ( QoS), analog repeater cannot solve the multipath time delay in the same frequency interference and uplink interference noise superimposed, and so on. The digital fiber repeater station extension of GSM - R base station coverage,is one of the ways to solve these problems. How to solve,what disadvantages digital optical filler repeater has and what problems need be improved,need have special technology research. Research conclusions:( 1 ) Digital repeater has more advantages than the traditional analog repeater. ( 2 ) Digital repeater is applied to GSM – R system,which can solve the problems of multipath interference caused by the time delay and uplink interference noise. (3 ) The digital repeater should be improved to meet the requirements of railway reliability and availability. (4) The research conclusions can provide reference for the design of GSM - R system engineering.

Research on the Subway Cross - ocean Tunnel Smoke Control Mode Based on SES Simulation Software

Abstract : Research purposes : Subway located underground and was relatively closed, in the event of fire the harm would be great. It was very critical to control and exclude the fire smoke in the long cross - ocean tunnel. With the example of a cross - ocean tunnel, some common tunnel ventilation modes were discussed in this paper to get the advantages and disadvantages of those modes,the simulation analysis research on the final tunnel ventilation scheme was carried out using the subway environmental control simulation software SES in the cases of fire. Research conclusions:( 1) The semi - transverse ventilation has much more valves,and the control mode is complex. However,it has function of two - way evacuation. (2 ) Segmented longitudinal ventilation control model is relatively simple,but only has a one - way evacuation. ( 3 ) Considering the engineering characteristics,longitudinal ventilation was confirmed to be the final solution. (4) Cross - sea tunnel has poor internal environment,fans and other equipment should pay attention to the appropriate anti - corrosion to ensure the normal operation. (5) With the tool of the subway environmental control simulation software SES,the simulation results showed that the ventilation critical wind speed was above 2. 3 m/s,temperature and other indicators also met the requirements of relevant codes. (6) The research results could provide a reference for cross - ocean tunnel smoke control mode design.

Influence and Countermeasure Analysis on Urban Tunneling near Buildings

Abstract : Research purposes : In order to research the different influence degree of newly - built tunnel approaching to existing building from different distance and different position,based on the stress state of the sharing rock between tunnel and building, the influence partitions of tunnel approaching to building would be established by numerical simulation method. On the basis of influence partitions,the countermeasure grading would be proposed. Research conclusions:( 1) Based on Mohr - Coulomb criterion,influence partitions as divided into strong,weak,and none influence zones can be divided according to the stress state of sharing rock after tunnel excavated as following three cases: 11 all yield, all in stress concentration state but not all in yield, some not in stress concentration or even in improved stress state compared with that before tunnel excavation11. (2) Specific to the calculation parameters in this paper,the influence partitions are divided as following : at direction of 0 degree, strong influence zone is within 1.0d from existing building boundary, none influence zone is greater than 3. 0d; at direction of 30,45,60,90 degrees, strong influence zone is within 1.5! from existing building center,none influence zone is greater than 3. 0d. (3) For the influence partitions from strong to none mentioned above,countermeasure grading could be matched as 11 advanced reinforcement measures, only strengthen excavation parameters control,construct as usual . (4) The research results have certain guiding significance for fine management to projects of tunneling near the existing buildings.

Research on the Management of EPC Projects in the Special Railway of Petrochemical Industry

Abstract : Research purposes : Because of the restriction of industry status,the EPC conditions failed to all - round pursuance on the railway building market,only in the special railway of petrochemical industry,coal mine and port. Project general contract in the railway industry is still at an initial stage. The EPC projects in the special railway of petrochemical industry are a important window of railway industry and the petrochemical industry mutual exchange from each other,both own the management characteristics of petrochemical industry and railway industry. As the sample of EPC project management to research, this paper summarizes successful experience,advanced operation and profound lessons,and provides a reference for EPC conditions all - round pursuance on the railway industry. Research conclusions :( 1 ) This paper takes EPC contracting project of special railway in China and Korea Sinopec Wuhan 800,000 tons/year ethylene projects as the case. Through comparing with project delivery approach in petrochemical industry and construction general contract mode in railway industry, this paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of EPC mode applications in the railway industry,proves its feasibility and urgency. (2) Rational application of EPC project management mature experience and advanced practices in petrochemical industry, should promote optimal design,reduce engineering cost efficiently,control implementation risks and further improve the level of EPC projects management of railway engineering design enterprises under the current situation.

Brief Analysis of the Influence of the Choice of Engineering Quota on the Cost of Railway Tunnel Engineering

Abstract : Research purposes : Engineering quota is an important foundation to the reasonable determination of engineering cost and the effective control of project investment. Nowadays the scale of railway engineering becomes larger and the standard gets higher, so the cost of project increases. Hence, strengthening the control of investment and economize the construction funds is becoming more essential. The exact choice of quota in budget presentation that matches the design intnt and construction organization scheme is very important to the insistent control manager. Currently,there are generally three types of quota in railway tunnel project. In this paper, comparative analysis was performed for the determination of cost and the selection of quota type of the railway tunnel with a 90 m2 effective area section. Research conclusions :( 1) Comprehensive analysis based on tunnel excavation,mucking debris from tunnels,secondary lining,concrete transportation and other aspects showed that the cost of tunnel with same sction on the high - speed railway quota is higher than the cost on general railway quota. (2) Considering with construction difficulties in different position of the tunnel and the particularity of long tunnel from the working condition,manpower,mechanical loss and others,the cost on the high - speed railway quota was in accordance with the facts. (3) The achievements can contribute to determine project cost and perfect the constriction quota of enterprises by expounding the connotation of quota.

Analysis of Supply Condition on High - speed Railway

Abstract : Research purposes : In order to attract passengers,it is necessary Qn high - speed railway to research and probe the mechanism and strategy which can adapt the development of high - speed railway, and the analysis of supplying condition of high - speed railway is the basis to fulfill the above task. The supplying condition of high - speed Railway generally infers to operation conditions that high - speed railway can supply, including transportation organization,travelling cost,service quality,etc. The better supplying condition that high - speed railway can provide, the more possible passengers choose high - speed railway. Research conclusions :( 1) High - speed railway should provide better supplying - mode in the aspects such as transportation organization,ticket price, service quality. (2) Under economic and reasonable circumstances, high - speed railway should enhance speed, cut down departing interval, draw periodic running chart. (3 ) High - speed railway should formulate reasonable and economic ticket price. (4) High - speed railway should provide safe,convenient,comfortable and pleasant travelling environment as far as possible. (5) Research results can be used for the operation of high speed railway.
