Abstract：The report consists of two parts. The first part is about the harmfuness caused by the railway deep-cut landslide in China and the rush-repair in the site. It shows the main problem on first-aid repair. The second part expounds the main measures which must bestu- died and solved in earth-deaning craft，equipment，and firming collapsed objects temporarily in order to shorten the time of breaking the driving. It also gives the scheme and technical ba?sis for first-aid repair in the site according to the different situations.
