Abstract：The paper expounds the construction techniques of the rigid reinforced concrete piles for the comprehensive business building of the National Texation Bureau of the Shanxi Province. These techniques solve successfully the welding deformation of the long welding seams of the steel struc-tures* synthetic assembly in working site,as well as the construction essentials on the mould plate, re?inforcing bars，concrete engineering,etc,for the section-steel concrete piles.
