Abstract：At first, the economic evaluation of railways in the West Chi na are classfied into five series-Then, according to the four kinds of railways in the West China, the particular emphases on their economic evaluations are illustrated respectively. Finally, based on the developing characteristics of railways in the West Chi na, several deliberate opinions concerned with economic evaluations are proposed.
