Abstract:The essence of knowledge economy is science and the core of it is talent. The development and utilization of human resources are the basic guarantee for sustainable development of enterprises. This essay analyzes the status and reasons resulted in brain drain in the railway construction enterprises, and put forward the methods and countermeasures of how to train, use and attract talents so that the railway construction enterprises have the initiative in the talent competitions and provide reliable support for sustainable development of the enterprises.
