Abstract：Based on the analysis to the characteristic of urban mass transit and the ballast & non-ballast railway track structure，this paper puts forward that the non-ballast railway track structure should be adopted firstly in the urban mass transit ,and the design g-, usage of reducing vibration & decreasing noise railway track structure are proposed and described in detail.
