Abstract：Many heavy-duty engineering equipments have been imported in recent years by construction enterprises in order to increase the equipment level to meet needs of construction, whit speed-increase innovation of existing railway line, development of high-speed railway construction and technical standards being higher and higher for construction. Personal experience in importing heavy-duty engineering equipment is introduced based on summing up the experience and lessons in importing tension wire barrow.
