Abstract:In the past design and calculation, for the non-circular land-slip,the designing of prestressed cable-anchors is commonly adopted the design farces being determined previously,and the cable-anchors is determined according to the wholly equilibrium conditions, and the cable-anchor's forces are considered acted at the slip-surface in the forms of concentrated forces,in that they have been spread greatly because of the farces acted on the ground-surface have been passed through the slip-body, and the past method can't be found a theoretical reason,i. e.,satisfying non forces and moment equilibrium conditions,for this the method is not the most satisfactory. this paper has conducted a repeat calculated formula of determing the anchor's designing forces, it may have a great theoretical significance to a practical engineering.
