Abstract：With continuous development of global market economy and knowledge economy, the role of human capital in gaining superiority of competition for enterprise is becoming greater and greater. Based on the analysis of the enterprise knowledge and skilled employees, this paper describes the significance of conducting broadband wage, encourages enterprise to conduct broadband wage in order to make broadband wage becoming the driving force for rapid development of enterprise according to its real situation.
