Abstract：This paper analyses the division of engineering section, arrangement of construction schedule and service for rapid construction of submarine tunnel from strategy, presents the roles in rapid construction of submarine tunnel by adopting key techniques for advanced geological forecast, treatment of weathered trough, water proofing and air ventilation from tactics.
