Abstract：When a company becomes a world-class company, all employees of the company are so exciting. After excitement, there is much to be thought about by the employees. After being Global Top 500 Companies, Vice President Li Chang-jin researches on the ways and measures of development strategy goal and realization goal for further enterprise development in future in this paper in order to bring further discussion and make thoughts into practice and effect.
