Abstract:Research purposes: The purposes are to break though the choke point of laying ballastless track on long-span continuous beam bridge and T-beam bridge through making research on feasibility of laying ballastless track on Xinbeibei Jialing River Bridge, which is far-reaching significant to development of ballastless track on passenger dedicated line in China.
Research methods: The integrative space calculation model of rail-slab-bridge-pier is established by adopting the method of combining theory with trial research. The interactions of rail, slab, support layer and bridge are taken into consideration to the longitudinal direction of track. When the construction begins, the original test pieces are put on construction site in order to testify the theoretical calculation parameters.
Research results: The program of laying ballastless track on continuous rigid structure and simply supported T-beam is decided through making research on the feasibility of laying ballastless track on prestressed concrete continuous rigid structure at the location (94+168+84) m of Xinbeibei Jialing River Bridge and laying ballastless track on 24 m and 32 m simply supported T-beams of approach bridge.
Research Conclusions: The research indicates that it is feasible to lay ballastless track on the prestressed concrete continuous rigid structure with main span of 168 m and on 24 m and 32 m simply supported T-beams of approach bridge, which has broadened the applicable range of ballastless track and accumulated the new theoretical fruit for development of ballast track in China.
