Abstract：Real estate industry is an important and the fastest developing part of construction industry. The engagement of key enterprises of state-owned large-sized construction enterprises in real estate industry must bring the far-reaching significances to the structure allocation and healthy development of real estate. In this paper, Mr. YAO Gui-qing, the vice president of CREC, fully analyses the position and effect of real estate industry in China, presents the situations the real estate industry faces and the influences on the overall development of enterprise by speeding the development of real estate, from strategic point of view， puts forward the overall thoughts on development of real estate industry for CREC，namely "Create one brand, bring two enthusiasms into play, faces three markets, meet four requirements, realizes strategic targets of five target and moving forward by two steps,”and points out the 0five strategies" to realize the strategic targets, namely “resources strategy, control strategy, brand strategy, overseas strategy and talent strategy". We publish this paper for the purpose of provide a new point of view to the real estate industry to recognize the development of real estate industry in China.
