Abstract:Research purposes: The bridge construction method must be considered when we design bridge. The horizontal rotary erection method is an effective alternate to bridge construction, now it is widely used in bridge construction in mountain area . In order to guarantee the structure safety during construction by swing, the design of Horizontal rotary erection, some control measures, some dynamic control parameters and references of various stages for Horizontal rotary construction should be adopted necessarily. The purposes are to provide experience for similar Construction of bridge in future through summing up the design and construction of similar bridge.
Research conclusions: This was the first time in China to horizontal swing the swivel structure with total weight of 5 237 tons by the semisPherical hing which made by concrete. Combining with the Specific case of works, the component of swivel structure, the static mechanics analysis, the dynamic control parameter and the security measures are demonstrated in the page in detail. It took about 9 hours to swing the stiff skeleton in place successful. The closure accuracy met the design request. Each control parameters of the structure conformed to the calculated result.In the construction of swing, it is necessary to monitor the stress and deformation of the swivel the structure. Using the tested data to modify the parameters of calculation model. a perfectmatch is achieved between theoretic calculated and the real situation of the bridge ,which can ensure the safe construction of the bridge.The practice results show that horizontal rotary erection method can settle the issues of bridge construction in mountain area effectively.
