Abstract:Research purposes: How to continuously,dynamically,accurately monitor the temperature stress of seamless rail iS the problem unsolved for long time.Therefore.real—time detection of the actual vertical temperature of the track is of great significance to instructing the track maintenance and evaluating the possibility of appearance of broken rail and buckled track.
Research conclusions:The introduction is given to the research on application of metal magnatic memory technology in testing the temperature stress of seamless rail by using TSM一1 M-4 Magnetic Memory Detector.Application of TSM一1 M—·4 Magnetic Memory Detector in testing the temperature stress of 1 5 15 m long rail administrated by Fengtai Track Maintenance Section of Beijing Railway Administration shows this metal magnatic memory technology has a big merits in early—time diagnosis of sudden buckled track.
