Abstract:Research purposes:The fastening is an important part of track structure. For assuring the absolute traffic safety and riding comfortableness, it is required that the rail fastening has features of enough fastening and compression force, perfect insulation property, low rigidity, less maintenance and consistent rigidity of all nodes. Therefore, the fastening technology is the key technology for ballastless track structure and making the better design of fastening is an important part of the design of high-speed railway.
Research conclusions: The fastening not only has the enough strength and fastening and compression force, but also has the good elasticity and certain adjustable capacity. As there are various types of fastenings with the different applicable ranges, in design, the fastening should be chosen according to the property parameters of fastening, design principle the points mentioned above for making full use of fastening property and achieve the goals of money-saving, reasonable usage and assuring the traffic safety.
