Through scientific research, development and operation, the tunnels of high-speed railway in China has formed a complete set of technology for design, construction, test and acceptance of quality. Thus, summarizing the technical innovation, research results, experiences and lessons from construction for tunnels of high-speed railway in China can provide basis for tunnel criteria revision and engineering construction for high-speed railway in China, and help to form a perfect technical system for high-speed railway construction.
Research conclusions:By systematical summary of tunnel technology for high-speed railway of China, this paper proposes technical essentials for tunnel of high-speed railway in China, followed by solutions to existing problems:(1)It summarized the design points for tunnels of high-speed railway in China, including to deal with aerodynamics design, large cross-section structure design, new portal and waterproof and drainage structure type and system adapted to local conditions. (2)It summarized the design points for tunnels of high-speed railway in China, including to deal with blasting control for large section tunnel, mechanical matching, bad geological tunnel, geological prediction, monitoring measurement and risk management.(3)It summarized the quality test technology, static and dynamic acceptance demands for tunnels of high-speed railway in China.(4)It analyzed the problems for tunnel of high-speed railway in China, such as lining quality defects, permeability and water leakage and erosion at entrance and slope, and also gave some suggestions. (5) The research can provide a reference to improve and perfect the tunnel design and construction for tunnels of high-speed railway in future.
