Stability Analysis of Soft Soil Foundation Pit Excavation of Metro Station in Tianjin Coastal Area

Abstract:Research purposes; The marine sedimentary strata are spread in coastal area of Tianjin,with high underground water level and existence of silt soil stratum. The first problem is the stability of metro station foundation pit faced in metro construction. To ensure the security of foundation pit has important economic and social benefits. The research on excavation projects deformation law of the metro transfer station in the paper has some significance for the following metro excavation projects.
Research conclusions; In the foundation excavation of underground station,because of stress release and change in ground water level,the differential settlement of surrounding buildings, ground crack and deformation of underground pipeline will happen. Using finite element analysis software,the paper establishes three-dimensional numerical model to simulate the excavation of pit construction process step by step dynamically. The stability of surrounding rocks in the foundation excavation of underground station has been calculated and analyzed场using numerical simulation method. The station’s main component has not reached ultimate strength. The whole station structure failure will not occur. The quantity of ground settlement around the station foundation pit is not big,which has little effect on both operating metro lines and station’s retaining structure. Excavation may meet the structural deformation and difference of the surrounding constructions deformation control requirements. The paper provides the design rationality and safety of theoretical support,which may serve as a reference for similar excavation ects.
