Research on the Deformation Control for Surrounding the Foundation Pit in Reconstruction and Expansion Project under Complicated Environmental Conditions

Abstract:Research purposes: With rapid urban development and expansion,the foundation pit engineering of the central city is adjacent to both the existing building and basement,surrounding environment is complex,the excavation process must meet the strict protection requirements of deformation surrounding, as well as the normal use of buildings. Combined with the reconstruction foundation pit engineering design and successful practice of a certain complex building,this paper summarized the relevant design methods and measures,to provide reference for similar foundation pit engineering design.
Research conclusions:(1)The foundation pit area of reconstruction and expansion project is always complicated,with high risk and difficult to protect, high deformation control requirements and limit construction conditions,etc. ( 2)It is concluded that under the partial load levels each side of the pit deformation has obvious asymmetry. Increasing the stiffness of support system can effectively reduce the horizontal displacement and the maximum ground settlement. Following the time-space effect partitioned excavation is conducive to control the deformation and ground settlement. (3)Strengthen the information construction and process control,close the support system in time,according to the monitoring data adjust construction or grouting reinforcement.(4)This paper provides several measures to control deformation of foundation pit surrounding,has also certain reference significance to foundation pit design and implementation scheme selection for similar projects under complicated environmental conditions.
