摘要研究目的:武汉地铁7号线徐家棚站为国内第一个大型换乘地铁车站与地下物业开发、越江公路隧道全面合建的地下工程,规模巨大,结构复杂;基坑超深,为目前国内最深的明挖地铁车站;站址距离长江800 m, 地下水丰富,地质条件差;周边环境复杂,工程实施风险较大。采用何种施工工法、结构方案和施工措施保证本工程安全顺利地实施,是本文研究的重点和难点。
Abstract:Research purposes:Wuhan Metro Line 7 Xujiapeng transfer subway station is combined construction to underground property development and crossing river highway tunnel,and it is a huge and complex structure. It has super deep foundation pit,is currently the most deep excavation of metro station. Because the distance from Yangtze River is 800m,it has the characteristics of rich groundwater, poor geological conditions,the complex surrounding environment,and the larger project risk. The key point of this research is to adopt which construction method,structure scheme and construction measures to ensure the smooth implementation of engineering safety and effectively.
Research conclusions:(1)The project adopts the top-down method construction and special construction process, which is the safe and effective engineering work to super large and deep foundation pit,and make the project smoothly and safely implement. (2)Double high pressure jet grouting pile is the advanced wall joints waterproof measures,so that the engineering of groundwater has been effectively controlled.(3)This engineering provides a successful example for similar super large and deep foundation pit waterproof curtain and even the wall joints waterproof design,and has a larger reference value for research,design,construction of a new subway station structure of combined construction of highway and subway.
