Abstract：Research purposes: The railway building architecture as the traffic building with the multiple functions，the complex space，the big energy consumption and the going and coming of so many people has the difficulties in energy －saving． Based on the analysis of the classification of the functions of railway building and the situation of the energy consumption，the simulation analysis of the thermotechnical parameters of the space enclosing structure of the industrial architecture ( repair workshop) is made，also the analysis of the heat environment of the workshop building under the heat pressing natural ventilation is made and the energy － saving tactics of the architecture is offered for the energy －saving design of the architecture．
Research conclusions: The integrated energy － saving tactics should be adopted in the energy － saving design of the architecture and the passive energy － saving should be combined with active energy － saving． The energy consumption of the railway building can be much cut by improving the ventilation condition and processing set － up，and taking measures of the heat insulation and machinery blowing － in．
