Abstract:Research purposes: With the developments of passenger dedicated railway every urgent to explore the suitable construction technology for laying ballastless track technical standards for construction and maintenance of ballastless track. and high-speed railway, in China and summing up
Research methods: Laying bi-block ballastless track on subgrade by section in overall test section on Suining- Chongqing Railway was the first time for China to lay such track. The construction technology and equipments were developed and improved continuously in the course of construction on the basis of design requirements,which led completing the research works of science and technology successfully.
Research results: The tested technical indexes of MU met or exceeded the designed reqmrements. The successful construction of test line has an important guidance for the design and construction of ballastless track in China. In this paper,the summary is made for the construction technology for bi-block ballastless track mainly,including control survey,ballast concrete construction,crack prevention,low elastic module concrete paving,track panel layout and fine adjustment etc. and also the modified suggestions are proposed to the design and construction of bi-block ballastless track.
