Abstract:Research purposes:The current support parameters for pipe roof are obtained mainly by the experience and they are the conservative data for guaranteeing the construction security.With these data,the best suppoa result of pipe roof construction can not be obtained,resulting in waste of materials and labor force.In this paper,taking the pipe roof construction to the po“section of Xiang'an Submarine Tunnel in Xiamen as an example,the parameters for pipe roof construction is optimized with reasonable mechanical model for pipe roof construction.
Research conclusions: Using pipe roof construction technology decreases the crown settlement and ground settlement.This illuminates that using stratum—structure method to calculate the shallow pipe roof suppofl is reasonable.All of the arrangement area,space in the circumferential direction and the diffused radius of grout for the pipe roof construction have the optimal values.If the design parameters exceed the optimal values.the crown settlement will converge quickly.So increasing the design parameters blindly call not improve the reliability of the tunnel structure.
