Abstract：Box girder is widely adopted in most bridges due to its simple structural form and good stressed condition. However, box girder has a strict requirement for the size of precast structural component due to its structure of thin wall. Box girder was adapted partially in Weihe Bridge on Xianyang Airport Highway. Based on the experience in it, this paper gives a brief introduction to the technique for precasted structural component of box girder under 30 m prestress, including proper measures to be taken, for reference to producing similar precasted structural component.
