Abstract:Combined with the construction of the limestone sections of Dayaoshan Tunnel, the meteorological and hydrologic data were collected; the examination and test were put forward and compared with the water content of the practical engineering works. The feasibility of adopting the groundwater as the water content of underground engineering works arc proposed. The examined water amount may be in accordance with the practical engineering works, and it provides the reference for the similar engineering works hereafter.
