Abstract:Research purposes: Fastening is an important part of the track structure in urban rail transit system,which plays an important part in transmitting dynamic loads of trains and joining the rails and concretes together. At present, fastenings used for ordinary vibration damping section has been widely adopted on domestic existed underground lines, and they can mainly meet the operation requirements but it is gradually found that defects exist. Based on the operation experience and lessons over the years,the new type fastening is researched in order to optimize the fastenings used for underground line with monolithic track bed and 60 kg /m rail of urban rail transit.
Research conclusions: The results of the simulation calculation,the trial - manufacture and the lab tests show the new fastening has the features of the good strength,durability,elasticity and insulating property. The end arc of the spring bar is enlarged by optimization of the design of the spring bar. The stability of the spring bar is improved by increasing the contact area between the spring bar and iron backing plate. By taking the measures of thinning the iron backing plate,changing the patch hole of the spring bar into long circle hole and optimization of the anchoring bolt and the gauge block,the new fastening is better than the similar fastening in the structure,service life and maintenance.
