Abstract During making a design of construction organization for an unit engineering work， it is proposed that the attentions should be paid to establish a set of new conceptions,such as attaching importance to the combination of technology with economics and the combination of construction with design, paying attentions to the realization of comprehensive manage?ment, dynamic management and information management?establishing the conception of ex?tensive market, etc. The above conceptions are discussed and analyzed in this paper in detail, and they are valuable for reference.
