Abstract The fractured zone where the geological diseases are highly concentrated is the most weak zoae of the rock mass. The engineering works at these mountainous regions are deeply affected. Therefore，the fractured zone is a 3 out-of-control zone where the out-of-con?trol of cost，time limit and engineering quality occurred extremely easy. This paper is the summary of the researching works concerned with the surveying design,construction and op?eration.
