Abstract There have been mang years for discussing the necessities of constructing the Jing-Hu high-speed railway. The author expounds his conceptions concerned with several problems which are interested by the experts under the present circumstances，such as the Jing-Jiu Railway being open to traffic,the over—load condition of Jung-Hu passenger trains， the construction of high-speed highways ,etc.
