Abstract Acco rding to univ ersal problems in f law detections of rails, thi s a rticle has raised the question how to st rengthen the manag ement of f law detectio ns, and puts fo rw ard three points o f view on prev enting the mi ssing inspectio n ( a) reaso nable arrangement of flaw detection cycles, ( b) majo r damag e probes, and ( c) the co ntrol of f law detection veloci ty.
