Abstract The paper introduces briefly the speciali ty and the construction method fo r building the high multi-storey dwelling house assembled enti rely by the precast plate members. The o pinio ns fo r t reating the pro blems occurred during co nst ructio n are proposed. The adva ntag es and the di sadv antages o f assembled entirely by the precast plate members a re also analy zed in this paper.
