Abstract A new type super-lead support form for underground project，i. e. the construction method of horizontal swing-injected pile is introduced. It was applied in shallow excavation of tunnel for super-lead support and water-seal reinforcement，provided a new construction means for the shallow excavation of tunnel with soft surrounding rock. The technologic specialities and technical essentials of this construction method are expounded also in this paper.
