Abstract This paper describes the prerequisite and necessity for internationalization of enterprises, reveals how to overcome all obstacles from various aspects by construction enterprises in China in order to speed up the process to internationalization of enterprise in accordance with the theories of economy globalization and enterprise internationalization as well as the situation of construction enterprise in China, and proposes the countermeasure for the development of internationalization.
