Abstract Research purposes: This paper presents general requirement scope and specification of run-through ground wire, etc. of integrated grounding system. It has a significant meaning to satisfy construction demand of basic works in the civil engineering for passenger dedicated railway line at present.
Research methods: Integrated grounding system for passenger dedicated line is a complicatedly systematical project. Through making analysis of system's necessity and feasibility and program research, various groundings will be combined together properly to guarantee equipotential connection between various systems and between various, and reduce the potential differences between different equipment and between different systems and the hidden safety trouble for person and equipment due to potential difference.
Research conclusions: In order to guarantee operation safety and reliability of the complete system for passenger dedicated railway line, it is feasible to adopt integrated grounding system.
