Abstract Research purposes:The introduction is given to the building design contents of the Newly-built North building of Tianjin Railway Station and the studies are done on how the new building to match the original south building in elevation sculpt and outdoor and indoor decoration while having the times style.
Research results: In the outdoor and indoor decoration, the glass, stones materials and metal louver are adopted, which makes the north building even more modern style and integration of new one with the old one perfectly with railway char- acteristics of new times.
